One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. And I am especially happy at the fact that you do not restrict your water pressure in the shower.!

It was a simple and nice stay! I loved everything about it. They even put a personalized welcome message on the tv. They had a pool table and lots of board games. Free breakfast. They also had foods like ice cream, ramen, etc.

Stayed here one night for a wedding / passing through town. The location is great, the rooms are small but cozy. The only thing was that the doors are thin and so anyone walking past in the hallway you can hear….got woken up at 7am by some loud conversation outside.

The luggage carrier base doesn’t handle smaller luggage, the luggage falls through. Not a comfortable chair in the room to sit in to read.

Tru really surprised us. We thought it was going to just be a basic hotel but it was so much more. They really try to create this inclusive, communal, vibe there, which coming from a big city was a bit strange to see, BUT IT WORKS. The lobby area is filled with games, pool table, the whole nine. And with in an hour my 8 year old was playing Uno with some other kids. It was very refreshing.
Also, the staff was great, very accommodating. The GM, Tye, was a hero for my daughter who left her doll in the room. He went into the laundry room and found it and we've got it shipped home.
It's just a really good place and you can tell they really want to do the best to make this the place you come back to. Which we definitely will next time we go back to visit family there.
