民宿是個單獨的小院兒，環境很不錯，房間很新很乾凈，裝修很温馨舒適，設施齊全，民宿還有個單獨的餐廳，晚餐的味道不錯，送的自助早餐種類也挺豐富，體驗感很好！除此之外服務態度也很不錯，在入住當天中午就提前聯繫我問了我什麼時候到店，因為當天獨庫公路天氣情況不確定是否能到店，儘管預訂時説明司機不能退訂，民宿那邊也表示理解，説如果確實到不了可以聯繫平台客服。最後天氣好轉，也順利入住，晚上快12點準備睡了發現床單有點污漬，反饋了前台，前台那邊馬上來給我們換了被單並且態度也很好，第二天走的時候又道了歉還送了伴手禮，希望下次再來新疆還可以再來～
