In simple words, it's a real jungle stay .The cottages are in the woods and seen wild animals there alot of time.jungle view from the cottage and climate is so Good. The care taker Narayanan chettan and other staffs are such a good people.about food , they serve variety of food with an amazing taste.I love the food there.

Last week I visited Deep Jungle Bandipur with my hubby,daughter and elderly parents. We opted to stay in treehouse. It was a spacious tree top room well lit and comfortably furnished.Quite comfortable for long stays. The bathroom was sparkling clean. Hot water was available 24hrs. There were other interesting accommodations options like, stone cottages, camping tents and luxury tents also. This is a per friendly resort.There are turkeys, geese, ducks, rabbits, goats and dogs for children play with. We booked bandipur jeep safari for evening 4pm trip to our luck we sighted a large herd of elephants with calfs and also a leopard on a tree. After safari we returned to resort and took up paid camp fire.  The night sky was so clear that millions of stars were visible. The weather was chill so campfire was comforting. The campus is surrounded by jungle but it is feels quite safe to stay here as it is electric fenced. The staff at the resort are  friendly and cheerful. It is a nice Jungle resort for a family staycation with your kids and elderly parents

I visited the deep jungle homes a few days back, and the experience was upto the expectation.The extravagant Jungle view from rooms, the service offered by helpers,and fresh green air in the campus was the highlight of the place. everything was so well co-ordinated right from our arrival at the resort till the time we checked out. Since Deep Jungle Homes is a pet friendly resort we took ***** our 5 year old Labrador retriver. We were offered a cage to keep our dog in while we went out for safari. We had requested for boiled eggs and rice to feed our dog which was arranged within an hour.We also carried some pedigree *****. Since we went on a week day we got a good deal for our stay. And absolutely no crowd. Food served for lunch was on the spicy side so we requested the cook to reduce spice levels and it was honored. Onion pakodas and pepper chicken made by the chef on extra order was awesome. Bedding quality can be Improved but since it was a stay completely inside the jungle it was adjustable. Overall a good jungle resort for people looking for a decent stay in jungle and not looking for any kind of luxury.

We had a horrible experience at Deep Jungle Home resort in Mudumalai. We had booked a tree cottage and barely a few hours of checking-in, the wooden floor broke and my wife fell on the beams under. If not for the beams, she would have fallen to the ground from the first floor. The staff were not polite and were discourteous from the beginning. The rooms lacked proper facilities. Turning the heater on would dim the lights. There was no TV. Further, the alternate room provided(post the floor accident) had no windows. A bare mesh allowed cold breeze into the room throughout the night. The injuries from the fall and the cold breeze in the January winter kept my spouse and me awake throughout the night. The food was nothing to write about and was just edible. At the time of check-out, the staff wrote-off our dinner bill as a co****sation for the last evening’s floor accident. This was done without our seeking. However, it is too little for the suffering. The facility is inadequate in terms of safety and unfit for accommodation. If not for the beams, the fall could have been fatal too. The tree cottages stand on several thin wooden logs and the floor is a thin wooden sheet.

I recently visited Deep Jungle Home a place which in my opinion is definitely a nature lover's paradise. Nestled in Mudumalai, amid the breathtaking jungles of Nilgiris in Tamil Nadu is a thrilling wildlife resort that everyone must visit at least once in their lifetime. Adding to this, the food prepared by the chef was a treat to us. The rooms and balcony are spacious enough to accommodate a family of 4. Every room offers great view of the jungle and river. The hamock in front of each room is a highlight. During the night time we could here the loud trumpeting of the elephant which was an thrilling experience. The cool breeze that never when on whole night was so soothing. Will definitely vist this place once again.

The stay in Swiss tent was very comfortable, with a large balcony and attached washroom. The tent was well-ventilated with large netted windows with openable flaps. Waking up to the soft sunlight and the sounds of nature was an unforgettable experience. I also spent a night in their quaint bamboo hut, which added a rustic charm to my stay. Deep Jungle Home allowed me to reconnect with nature profoundly. Exploring the nearby forest trails and birdwatching excursions with their knowledgeable staff enriched my journey. It was a sanctuary for the soul, offering an escape from the chaos of city life. If you seek an authentic nature retreat, Deep Jungle Home is the ideal destination. This hidden haven on the Mudumalai forest border offers an experience that lingers in your heart long after you leave. This place is an absolute must-visit for nature travellers like me, and I cherish the memories and gratitude I carry back with me.

I booked the rooms through the website. The booking procedure was easy. The resort is tucked away in the middle of jungle, Deep Jungle Home provides a great escape from the hectic city life. Both nature lovers and those looking for adventure will love staying at this place. The moment I checked into the stone cottage I was overcome by the wonderful scent of the wild jasmine that bloomed right near our room and the calming sounds of the river flowing next to the window. The lodging at Deep Jungle Home seamlessly combines rustic charm and contemporary luxury. In addition to having stunning views of the surrounding vegetation, the eco-friendly cottages are furnished with all the conveniences need for a comfortable stay. The helpful and welcoming staff took care of all our needs. Nature walk through the jungle ***** the stream was mesmerizing.During the night walk we sighted the rare flying squirrel, Mouse deer and brown fishing owl. During the morning guided nature walk lot of deer, peacock and monkeys were easily sighted. For those seeking comfort in the embrace of nature, Deep Jungle Home is a wonderful retreat. Whether you're an adventure enthusiast or just looking for a quiet getaway, this hidden gem is sure to provide a thrilling experience.

Deep Jungle is a place to explore wildlife and nature. There were different types of accommodation units like bamboo huts, tree house and tents that looked attractive. I booked the tree house with 2 adjoining rooms for my family of 6 adults and 2 children. My elderly parents could easily climb the tree house steps. The room was quite spacious the balcony was big enough to sleep for all the family members to gather. If jungle life is what you want to experience this place would be the best.Do not expect luxury thing. Food was homely, Barbeque and Fire fire in the stary chill night with deer grazing around was an amazing experience. Already planning my next trip to this place with a group of friends. In recent times where Bangalore is full with noise pollution and traffic a trip to Deep Jungle was really refreshing..

Deep Jungle Home provided an idyllic retreat from the chaotic urban life. We spent our holidays in this beautiful property which provided a peaceful stay. The location is deep in the jungle, wildlife sightings are easy from the balcony . The staff were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Early morning sunrise was very beautiful. Seeing the sun rising in jungle is one of the memorable moment of our stay. The accommodation was comfortable, though a touch of modern amenities could have been beneficial. Nonetheless, the rustic charm added to the overall experience. The resort offers activities, including bird watching and nature walks, all guided by the staff. The highlight for us was the mesmerizing wildlife. We were fortunate enough to spot some rare species of birds and butterflie.All mobile signals and Wi-Fi is available, it allowed us to finish up some of the office tasks. We totally got disconnect from the city life and immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the jungle While the meals were delicious, the dining options were limited. A more diverse menu could enhance the overall experience.
