hotel was nice. Located next to the sea. price for rooms was fair. Staff who is working there was very polite and friendly. Highly recommend. They provide free sauna and steam room for customers. We enjoyed a lot. Next time when I go to Vietnam, I’ll stay there again. Thank you Havana Hotel !

The family room only has small window and bad view. We need to pay extra in order to upgrade to seaview room and the reception show impatient when we asked questions.

I liked this hotel. It actually has 5 star potential. However a few things need to be addressed. First may I say I found the staff to be kind and helpful. The room are nice for the price. However 2 things kind of upset me. The first thing is when something breaks you are told it will be fixed but days later it won't be. Even after asking 3 different times. Secondly, the maid. There were 2 of them and while one was perfectly fine the second one had an attitude as soon as the door opened. She would stare at me and start laughing. She'd start saying things in Vietnamese to he coworker and without knowing the language I knew she was degrading me. I don't know why but it was very obvious. I started to just take the water from her and tell her not to clean. She'd go through my trash in front of me and start showing things to the other maid and just start laughing. I travel a lot and this was a first for me. Lastly, I was there for 4 weeks. She left coffee 3 times. Shampoo and bath gel 3 times. All I 4 weeks. I don't know if she takes it home or if the hotel gives her a bonus to not leave it but that was her way of doing things. I always tip maids and I did the first couple of nights until I realized she wasn't leaving anything and I quit. I went out and bought shampoo and coffee as I could see I couldn't rely on her for anything. Her attitude alone cost the review 2 stars and if she keeps this up with other guests they need to look at making a change.

The WORST resort ever.....!!! TOTALLY a SCAM !!! PLEASE READ before booking! FIRSTLY, we paid for 3 nights in a bungalow with a sea view, what we actually got was an appartment with a sea view. The resort does not have the typical bungalows you would expect to find in a tropical resort. SECONDLY, during our stay they were constructing a new area on the sea front near the pool and our appartment. We raised this with the resort as the noise was annoying when we booked a resort to rest and relax. One of the Managers discussed this with the owner and informed us that the work would stop for the remaining duration of our stay (2 days). Later that day in the afternoon they started to work again which we found strange. Later that evening on returning from the city we found a letter from the hotel in our room informing us that the work will continue for the coming days. We discussed with the Manager again (apparently only responsibile for the restaurant) and he was as supprised as us. We left it with him to discuss again with the owner. After being informed by the hotel that the work would stop for the coming two days to help us enjoy our stay at the resort, we thought amazing a hotel that really focuses on its guests experience....! We are really disappointed and feel that a hotel with such high ambitions should be more focused on its guests and when you say something will happen make sure it does....a promise is a promise. THIRDLY there is no PRIVATE beach, only a slab on concrete by the sea. On booking said the resort has a private beach, this is not true and maybe what they are trying to build..... We picked this resort because reviews seemed very positive, photos looked amazing and location was ideal for our need to take 3 days rest and relaxation. What we got was 3 days of banging, crashing, dust and diesel fumes whilst the construction continued.....Thanks for ruining our time in Nha Trang....! TOTALLY a SCAM !!!

Very good resort Environment: Like a botanical garden, there are carefully manicured plants everywhere. You can walk directly to the beach from the hotel, and tour groups can only drive around here. Facilities: swimming pools, etc. are all complete Hygiene: The room is clean and very professional The only drawback is that it is far from the city, and the return trip to the airport costs about 800.

One of the best hotel experiences we ever had. We stayed 6 nights. The hotel is just 5 mins walk to the beach and has an amazing (small) pool with ocean view at the rooftop. Not many sunbeds so try to get there early. We had a room with sea view and a huge, super comfortable bed (2 single beds together). Sparkling clean modern room and the breakfast was great as well. As we are vegetarian the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes, preparing something vegetarian every day just for us. We will never forget how friendly, professional and genuine the people at DTX were. From the general manager Mr. Nguyen Trong who made sure to greet every guest personally in the morning and teach us some words in Vietnamese, to Mr. Nguyen Anh Quy, the F&B Manager, who is a vegan and was so kind to organise a vegetarian breakfast for us, gave us restaurant recommendations and took amazing care of us. Another wonderful person was the lovely lady at the reception, who literally went to the train station to help us with train tickets and we cannot forget the trainee doorman from Hanoi who was always super nice and friendly greeting us every day with a smile. We never experienced hospitality like that and we travel 2 to 3 months a year all over the world. We felt like we were at home and will definitely come back when in Viet Nam again. We usually do a lot of research online before booking long stays and this is definitely the best you can find in the area. If possible we would give 6 stars!!! Thank you for everything. Old Soviet-style hotel. Table - different language does not turn to write - horrible. Tables are shaking, food is cold. Hotel staff speaks exclusively Vietnamese. On the respiratory sometimes they start to understand English, but if you have to solve the problem, everyone at once pretend not to understand what they want. Three days asked the fumigater from mosquitoes in the roast in the room. The mosquitoes have been a lot and the treatment of the territory from insects in 10 days has not been carried out at all. In general, there is a problem. The beach is complete bags, bags, glasses and boxes from the doshirake. In the morning several hotel staff clean it, but the sight is not for the weak. The garbage after them remains even more. The sea is fat as if in a oil film. Maybe because of the factory, or maybe because of fishing boats that all night ring motors in the bay. Towels are dirty, beach towels look like 10 years old. Overall, the 2 star hotel is no more. One star is Green Territory. The second star is a swimming pool with a beach view. The second time I would never go to this hotel.

It‘s a great place to live in during my trip. For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh. Mostly everything has been good - the room is beautiful, the views are amazing. The beach is very close. The pool at the roof is also nice. I didn't like the aircon though - it's blowing right onto the bed, and the remote is on the opposite wall.
