充電轉換頭掉了，三個月後再次出差，還可以失而復得，感覺真好。

Удобное расположение все в пешей доступности , единственно лучший отель в городе. Кухня хромает на троечку. Заказывали из других ресторанов. Завтраки на 4

Достаточно приветливый персонал отеля, а вот сам отель не соответствует соотношению цена/качества и очень странно, что считается лучшим в Нижнем Новгороде. В пятизвездочном отеле нет ни спа, плюс не работает сауна, массаж заказать на ресепшне можно, но только внешний персонал. Самое ужасное в номере - порог в ванной комнате, о который можно сильно навернуться, коврика в ванной нет, плюс дверь в ванной раздвижная и шатается, что закрывается либо очень трудно, либо не закрывается. Достаточно долгий рум-сервис. Интерьер и дизайн отеля зато сделан круто.

Word terrible cannot explain quality of this hotel. From breakfast to customer relationship is the worst experience I have ever had. I believe that even 3 star hotels can give you better experience. Terrible, worst experience ever!!!!!!

The typical business hotel, locations is excellent, service is good. The food at the main restaurant was very good, but the waiters and the meals were taking some time to arrive at the table… Bedrooms are standard, with good view of the Kremlin, but nothing too impressive in terms of decoration and details. I would recommend this hotel.

Это скорее дешевый хостел чем отель. Пришел в Шератон клуб в 19:05 там устроили кальянную. Дым коромыслом, дышать невозможно. Горячего нет, все заняты кальяном. Мебель в номере очень дешевая и некачественная как и шампуни. Отель во дворах и огромная проблема на такси в него попасть. Никакого смысла здесь останавливаться нет лучше уж в Кулибин

Отель очень удачно расположен, рядом пешеходная улица и близко Кремль. Из окон некоторых номеров открывается вид на Кремля. У нас был номер для лиц с ограниченными возможностями, к сожалению, окна выходили во двор. Номер просторный с большой ванной комнатой, оборудованной поручнями. Такого удобного пространства для принятия душа я нигде не видела. Единственный недостаток, мало места для зубных щеток и прочих гигиенических принадлежностей, но я поставила рядом в раковиной стул и решила эту проблему. В самом номере тоже не помешал бы ещё столик, или хотя бы убрали продукты мини бара, они занимали половину столика. В остальном все было хорошо: удобные матрасы, чайник, чай, кофе, бутилированная вода. Завтраки просто замечательные, огромный выбор продуктов. Завтракали долго, т.к. все хотелось попробовать.

В целом лучший отель в городе, но видно , что уровень падает. В номерах появляются проплешины, царапины, вспучивается накладки , полотенца уже не уровня 5 звёзд а как в Ибис. Качество завтрака держат на протяжении многих лет на отличном уровне.

Отель замечательный. Быстро заселили. В номере все , что нужно имеется. Чистый номер, удобные кровати. Завтраки шикарные с шампанским , фруктами, красной рыбкой и тунцом, два вида каши, ассортимент большой и всегда все пополняют. Рядом Кремль и Большая Покровская улица для прогулки. Я вернусь обязательно в этот отель.
