Nice hotel with very big onsen, also very near noboribetsu bear park which is worth to go.

need to take a bus from the station and walk for ard 7 mins. the hotel was quite clean. onsen places looks abit old.

This is a fantastic hotel. The onsen variety is to die for. Many indoor choices and even outdoor onsen.
The dinner and breakfast are amazing.
It is also next to Hell Valley which is 5mins walk away and the shops are also just in front of the hotel.
Highly recommend to people who wants a great experience at Noboribetsu.

2nd time being here. Love the variety of onsen available.
Close by to a few scenic spots.
No service upon arrival at the hotel, baggage or greeter to assist with check in etc

The most satisfying hotel I ever stay for my 10 days Hokkaido trip. Even noboribetsu Onsen street is small. But this hotel is super huge and don’t feel crowded ( maybe I went during weekday & not festive season). I love it so much. Onsen is huge + restaurant available ( ramen nice) + play room available ( even though is small one) + nearby

Service was awesome, but one star off as a bucket of ice is chargeable.
Check in was easy, Awesome onsen, especially the outdoor bath and variety.
Downside: the escalators were spoilt and it says due to heavy rain in 5th Oct. You surely can fix your escalators in two months right?
Breakfast timing ends too early…
Seems like they do want to get everyone to checkout by 9am?
Easily the best in Noboribetsu.

Price at the high side and check out time is rather early at 10am, so don’t really have much time to enjoy the onsen in the morning if you have breakfast there.
Otherwise, the overall stay is pleasant. The bed and comforter are comfortable.

Big hotel with multiple buildings.
Late check in with early check out.
Had some diarrhea after having dinner.
Suggest just going for the bed and eating nearby.
Public bath is good though
