It seems like a nice hotel from the outside and inside, however a poor experience. This review is specifically for the General ***ager, since it is the general ***agement which is missing here. - Upon check in, there was no one at the porch to assist with the luggage, no security uniformed staff (concerning), I had to reach the lobby helping my own luggage. (May 3rd, 2100 hrs) - Upon check in, Vinit (Front Office) representing the hotel as the first touch point, doesn't greet, doesn't enquire about the reservation. I just furnished my identity card and was given a blank registration form to be filled (like really?). How can the registration form be blank, don't you have basic details from the reservation printed on the form? All this while the desk agent was on the phone, please teach some basic ***ners, try to give a decent experience to your guests, if not better. Bed sheet was dirty, towels were damp (which is the worst experience after having a shower - just fragrance added as an excuse). Asked for a smoking room and was given a non-smoking, another one, but ashtray was placed later so it's okay. IRD is most pathetic, asked for some crockery and cutlery in the room, which never came. The co****dium is withered and torn (please change it, it's a minimalist cost and speaks high on impression).
