Ładny hotel. Mieliśmy duży komfortowy pokój.

Hotel ligt op een schitterende locatie tegen de duinen. De kamers zijn wel gedateerd en hebben geen airco. Kamer 143 ligt naast de afzuiging van de keuken, als lichte slaper best irritant.

Piękny hotel położony na wsi, w otoczeniu pięknych ścieżek spacerowych. Kilka rzeczy do odświeżenia, ale pokój był czysty, przestronny, z małym balkonem (aneks) Bardzo przyjazny personel Restauracja oferująca klasyczną, ale dobrą kuchnię Dobrze zaopatrzone i dobrej jakości śniadanie Polecam stosunek jakości do ceny

Przeglądałem tutaj recenzję, nie była aż tak pozytywna, ale tak... zarezerwowaliśmy tam weekend pomostowy. Jednak jedzenie było fantastyczne... poprosiliśmy nawet szefa kuchni, aby przyszedł i nagrodził go gromkimi brawami. Pokój był czysty i sprzątany codziennie. Personel bardzo przyjazny. Bardzo mi się podobało. (Byłem w Leiden i Voorlinden w Wassenaar, również polecam!)

This hotel pretends to be 4 stars, but the only thing that warrants giving a star is the size of the room. Everything else is dated, uncomfortable and not clean. There's cobwebs in the corners of the room, the heater in the bathroom is rusting and the shower has very low waterpressure and is mounted in an inconvenient way. Elderly people will have trouble getting into the shower as you'll have to climb into a baththub. The bathrooms were 'refurbished' by covering old bathroom tiles with some sort of vinyl wallpaper. You can still see the shape of the tiles through it. And you can see spots of mold or at least dirt on the edges of it.

We have been in a couple of Fletcher Hotels in the last two years, some with great service and high quality, some with less but always more or less in line with the price for the individual arrangement. We did choose this one as it was quiet and not in the center. For 200€ a night - and I am in a lot of hotels due to business - I would have expected a top 4star location. To add, the 5star premium location in the center would only have been only 50€ additional per night.
Unfortunately not this time. Rooms were small and at least partly quite old, the shielding for the bath tub has needed a replacement for some time, the door to the veranda had no security elements and the cussions for the outside chairs could be found in the flowers nearby - at least one, and the hotel surroundings have been neglected as well.
Breakfast was at 17€ per person and day but both orange juice and pancakes where not refilled more than an hour before end of breakfast time, Not to mention that no staff was on the premises.

The hotel is ideally situated for visiting Keukenhof.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
