The check in was easy, the managers so helpful. The room has every possible thing you might want, including a shelf of good books!

The rooms are a good size with everything you need including a kitchenette with hot pate and full size fridge. It is centrally located. About 1.8km from hasting street and about 2.5km from the river restaurant area. Very clean

Good layout, front door lock difficult, stale coffee single serves, shower door didn’t shut, no body lotion in the dispenser & lots of bugs in the unit.

Our stay was nice. The property is located central to the beach and amenities. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool area is nice with an actual "hot" tub.

One of the dining chairs was broken the seat had come off, I put in the corner, toilet seat loose, screw protruding in entry door causing front door not to close. I meant to tell you when we left but I forgot.
Maybe check that all things are working like the A/C remote

Very mediocre property. With very average facilities.
Also a major sporting event took place on the street way on the weekend that we were there. No notification that it was on and there was no vehicle access for a day.
