The customer service is superb and the staff is extremely attentive to your needs which is nonexistent for places in this price range. It’s an older facility but it’s very clean, functional and close to 35 and the OU campus which was important for our stay.

The staff is amazing. It is a simple room but is so very clean. I hated the pillows but I also am a pillow snob and bring mine whenever we travel. The bed is a queen and I would have preferred a king but otherwise everything was great.

The lady at check in was tremendous!!! Super professional, welcoming, gave us recommendations for supper. Comfortable clean room. Good price. Older place but I would definitely stay there again!

I've lost track of how many times we have stayed at the Thunderbird. It is definitely old-school, but so am I. :) This is the only place with outside doors that I will stay, and that's a testament to how safe I feel there and how much I like it. Comfort, friendliness, proximity to shops, restaurants, casinos, etc. can't be beat for the price.

I decided to stay here after reading all the wonderful reviews. The room had everything I needed. The kuerig was a very nice touch. I enjoyed having a ceramic coffee mug as well. The bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. Mel is definitely the star of this show. From her welcoming check-in, even though I had a later flight, to her texts to see if I needed anything. I look forward to staying here in the future.

The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The location is great. The exterior of the property could use an upgrade but all in all for the price it is a good place to stay.

Under remodel I believe, we had pets (well behaved) and was in a room with disgusting carpet(I never took my shoes off). I know it’s extremely expensive to remodel the whole facility at once also

Check in was extremely efficient offering suggestions where to eat dinner. The exterior is a bit dated, but inside the room was very clean, well appointed, and everything worked.
