+ Main Bedroom: Queen-size spring bed. Linen, bed cover and pillow is provided. The room is also equipped with a wardrobe, a working desk, and a hairdryer.
+ Kid’s rooms: Single-size (100 x 200 cm) spring bed, with provision of linen, bed cover, and pillow. In each room is a wardrobe and IKEA working table.
+ Bathrooms plus toilets, equipped with hot running water. There are clean towels, soap & shampoo.
+ Hot water machine/dispenser in the dining room with 2 gallons of drinking water.
+ Water, electricity, and internet utilities are all included.
+ Kitchen and appliances provided including rice cooker, stove and a full-sized fridge. Kitchen equipment (pot and knife) & dining utensils are also provided.
+ There are laundry shops, ATMs, various restaurants, cafés, and multiple convenient stores in the building at ground level.
NOT available to Guests:
+ Parking fee at the building.
+ Additional drinking water and consumables after the initial supply.
+ Daily room cleaning (for additional cleaning, refer to “Other things to note” below).
Guest Access :
+ Anything in the room and on the premise is yours to use, including access to the building facilities like the pool, lobby, kids’ playground, and the running track besides the pool.
+ You may receive and send letters/packages from the delivery desk, open from 7AM to 11PM every day.
+ The mobile apps GrabFood and GoFood are commonly used to deliver foods to the apartment, which you can pick up on the delivery desk at your convenience.
Other Things to Note :
+ This booking is managed individually, nothing to do with front lobby reception or building management. e.g. host might not answer the question or inquiry timely or 24 hours
+ Guests must ensure contact details listed on Trip.com is valid and reachable and will be required to provide a form of identification (KTP/passport) prior to check-in.
+ If guests need to check-in after 11PM, please notify the host first before booking, as special steps are needed to acquire the room key.
+ Communication with the host during your stay is available through the Social Media (WA).
+ There is Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly discount pre-set in the pricing formula
+ As nowadays Jakarta is very hot, if you send us your planned check in time, we will turn on the Air Cond prior to your arrival.

Great hospitality by the host, allowed us to check in early as we were traveling for business and flight arrived early. Wish there’s a washer dryer in the unit. Kitchen cabinet might need a spray. Otherwise it is a good unit.

離jiexpo展覽館很近，房間乾淨，床也還算挺舒服。入住指南寫的很清楚，房東人不錯，回覆及時。各方面都比較齊全，包括做飯的廚房和洗衣機。下次展覽會再來～
