room was gorgeous and hotel was near everything so booking and Uber for a drunken night around downtown KC was $10-$15 a ride. Front desk only had one person so that was not very efficient especially if that one person had to step away, you’d be standing at the check in for a while waiting, another downside was pool was rarely open. There wasn’t really any structured swim hours just an ‘out of service’ sign on the door every other hour.

Overall a good experience. Only negative was the pillows on the bed being far too soft.

The property is newly built and worth the money you spend. Compared to All 10 area hotels i tried before, Aloft is My best choice!

We booked our stay as a last minute trip and the Aloft met all of our needs. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Britney behind the bar.

I normally stay at the Aloft when I’m in town, but due to poor cleaning not sure I will be back. Room was not clean and I told staff and she wrote it down on her scribble paper.

This is a nice hotel and consistent with a Marriott Branded Aloft. What was more of an issue for me is the actual location. I didn't realize when booking it that it was on a huge noisy rail yard and in a very industrial and unattractive area. Noisy at night from the rail activity and a very noisy busy roadway very close as well. Although the hotel was comfortable and nice once inside, the surrounding areas are not.

Our party was greeted wonderfully by Tobi and Deja upon arrival. They got us checked in and answered all of our questions. Ashley and Shannon were very helpful as well.
