Q Squared Serviced Apartments

Thoroughly deserves 5 stars. Very clean, modern amenities, fabulous staff, close to hospitals, restaurants. The best bed ever and very quiet.

This was my second stay six months apart. Q2 is a convenient place. It is clean, neat and cosy. Food courts and cafes are in abundance in the area and the Victoria Market is in walking distance. I would recommend it to anyone who looks for accomodation close proximity to CBD, without any hesitation

The place was clean, but not well laid out. We were on the first floor (not as displayed in their ads) and fully exposed to the street so that blinds needed to be kept closed. The clothes dryer regularly turned itself off in mid cycle. The place was sp****ly furnished, with only four plates, forks, knifes etc. The drawers and closet in the bedroom were placed in such a way that it wasn't quite possible to reach hanging items from the closet, but perhaps that didn't matter much because there were only 3 hangers supplied. But most of all, I found the receptionist seriously rude.

We had a great time staying in the topo floor apar**ent, the apar**ent and views were better than shown in the pictures ... does not happen often :) Apar**ent was clean and well presented and had a full stock of everything needed in the kitchen. Staff were very friendly and always helpful, had some good chats with them during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay there again for sure if we get the opportunity.

Our apar**ent was enjoyable, clean and comfortable. Great service, obliging and helpful staff. Within easy walking distance to the Melbourne CBD's free tram network, University of Melbourne and RMIT campuses, North Melbourne hospitals, North Melbourne shops, parks. The joys of Lygon Street restaurants are a short distance away. Off-street car parking is available on site, but we had no need of a car as the apar**ents are so conveniently placed.

Post surgery recovery was aided by the by the absolute comfort and livability of the bright, airy, spacious and very well appointed apar**ent. The bed was more comfortable than my own and the total experience was relaxing and pleasurable. The apar**ents are also easy walking distance to many wonderful facilities such as shops and restaurants. I would certainly look forward to staying there again.

Fabulous home away from home while my dad was having trea**ent at nearby Peter Mac. Warren and Reece were very approachable and helpful and the housekeeping ladies were lovely. The location is fantastic, quite but within reach of the CBD and hospitals. Walking distance to Queen Vic Market, Errol St and the delicious eateries on Victoria Street. Secure car parking underneath serviced by a lift. Amenities are clean, comfortable and modern. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

For many reasons our stay at Q squared serviced apar**ents went way, way above and beyond our expectations. The location was extraordinary in that you could almost ‘touch’ Melbourne CBD (you certainly can see it) however the area was so quiet. Public transport was very accessible, walking into Melbourne an easy thing to do also. The proximity to major hospitals is a very welcomed choice. Errol Street Nth Melbourne eating precinct was wonderful and very yummy, so many options. We had a 1 bedroom apar**ent; to begin, the cleanliness of the apar**ent and reception area was exemplary, the amenities were ideal - comfy lounge seating, TV, WiFi, full kitchen and all utensils, very comfortable bed, good sized shower, full washing/dryer/drying rack/ironing items. Secured car parking was fantastic. Warren, Rhys and all staff we had dealings with were helpful and most definitely genuine in their demeanour. For sure 10/10 - would do it again.

Wonderful place with everything you need. Super comfortable bed with quality linen. Very quiet and extremely well run. Loved the balcony and sunny open plan living space. Extremely well equipped kitchen with great appliances. I am receiving trea**ent at a nearby hospital and the owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Will be staying here many times over the next few months. A home away from home.
