Parking was expensive and our view was of a closeby sidewalk at our level, so we had to keep the drapes closed the whole time. Otherwise the stay was good and the room was comfortable.

First off the staff I dealt with were outstanding. Because of a problem breakfast opened 15 minutes late. While waiting the young woman at the sign in counter came out and asked if she could make me a coffee. Loved it! The waitress from Mexico was wonderful and engaging. Made it feel 5 star even if it isn't.
Inique location above the Market in North Van. Lots of great non-chain food outlets. Fair amount of renovations going on.
Minor quibbles:
Arrived off the Seabus in the dark. No noticeable hotel directions at the Quay. Wandered for 20 minutes looking for it. It's on the 3rd floor of the Market, Once Market closes have to go around North side. Again, not obvious.
Entering room TV on. Turns out something wrong with the clicker and couldn't be turned off. Cleaner just left it on. Didn't know it had an on/off button around the side.
Couldn't get the Keurig to work. No instructions either. Reported both to the desk.
These are minor quibbles.
Reality is I was greatly pleased with this hotel, especially thanks to the staff and would definitely stay again.
NOTE: Seabus doesn't start running until 8:00am on Sundays which meant catching a later ferry back to Vancouver Island.

Great food and friendly staff. Convenient to downtown Vancouver by Seabus. Quiet location with great restaurants a short walk away in North Vancouver.

The location cannot be beat! Walkable to so many restaurants, coffee shops, ocean views etc. The sea bus is 1 minute away, and I appreciated the $8 per day voucher to use at the connected restaurant in the Quay Shopping centre. The room itself was clean and fine, but not fancy. The rooms are a little dated but for the price and location I was satisfied. I would recommend the hotel!

I stayed at the property for 3 days and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, rooms cleaned and I received great recommendations on places to see and eat in the area! The property is located in near the water so awesome views!

Rubin at the front desk was amazing! Helped with the parking directions and assisted with everything we needed and was very nice to interact with. The room was amazing. We will be back for sure.

This is easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the front desk staff were efficient and the cleaning staff were amazing. We had our room tidied up for us daily which was so great. When booking I saw some complaints about noise due to the construction happening downstairs. I’d say this wasn’t a problem, if anything it was more to be heard around 8am at the earliest point. Our room was right near the entrance door, which made for a bit of a noisy atmosphere but it wasn’t over the top and if you don’t really care about that stuff like us, it was all good. The Lonsdale Quay area had lots to offer - good food, shops, and views. Everything you’d need is within walking distance, and the seabus is right there as well to access Downtown Vancouver. I’ll be coming back here in the future!

The rooms were clean with nice views, the beds were comfortable. The location is fantastic lots to do in the shipyards area, and easy to jump on the seabus if you’d like to do to the downtown core. The furniture and bathroom could use a little upgrade, but the room was incredibly clean. There was a problem with the AC in our room, we reported it before we left. Overall, great place to stay!

Researching this hotel I found some reviews quite negative and beyond belief. These people were clearly not staying at the same hotel I was. The staff went out of their way for me. Everything in and around Lonsdale Quay is excellent. I would absolutely recommend.
