I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The food served there is very delicious.Good place to stay with family and friend, friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an outstanding experience. Mr. Arvind, Mr. Mohanty, and the Head Chef were exceptionally professional. They delivered top-notch service, ensuring the conference room and the food exceeded our expectations. Everything was simply amazing.

The bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in.the house keeping staff are very polite and welcoming. The room are clean and the washroom too.the food are good too . Pillow are very fluffy and comfortable. ...........................

My stay was very comfortable with Caspia hotel no doubt each and everything was very smooth and everyone has such a nice nature and helping each and every depar**ent staff is very polite … housekeeping staff and bed comfort was nice and reception team helped me a lot ahnees and Neelam and Sanjay in hk thankyou

Restaurant ambience is nice & clean . Service is excellent. Pritam, Amit, Naveen are the best. Sanjay Kumar, the ***ager is courteous & help full. Food is extremely delicious & healthy. Thanks for your lovely dinner. Keep it up. Cheers
