The rooms are big but nothing fancy. The restaurant is quite good, especially, the Sunday breakfast. Service was excellent. The view of Charlotte Amalie from the restaurant (and most rooms) is breathtaking, with a bar right on the edge of the patio. The rooms are nothing special, but nice enough for getting some good rest. The pool is very nice and again with a view. There are no other restaurants nearby, and you won't want to walk around because it's a steep hill with no sidewalk.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and went above-and-beyond to help arrange for taxi service to a restaurant and for airport pickup. It really is appreciated that they were very friendly as well as being professional - just really nice people, cannot emphasize that enough. Lovely location and view; simply wish that I'd more time to spend there...

The property is located in a beautiful area with great views of the Harbor. Guests services ( Alyce is friendly, informative and welcoming lady) The restaurant has good food with friendly staff.
We are highly recommending Mafolie 🙂

The views are amazing, the restraunt was really good for dinner and the complementary breakfast was good as well. Favorite part was how helpful the staff was with scheduling taxis and letting us keep are bags there when arriving early. A really great experience.

The hotel location offers a beautiful view of the water. The rooms are clean, very comfortable bed and the A/C worked great. The staff was amazing from checkin to the bar and the restaurant. The distance to the airport is a short drive and the transportation that the hotel arranged was fabulous. We stayed just one night before our trip home after spending one week on a catamaran. It was a perfect place to stay.

Very nice staff. Views from restaurant and pool looking over the harbor are terrific. Rooms housekeeping could be improved. Expect to take cabs everywhere as roads are narrow, very busy and curvy.

Nice choice for the ending of our catamaran trip. Staff, especially Elise, very kind, friendly and accommodating. We felt like we were in Mama Mia. Just a lovely, clean and comfortable place to hang. The view was beautiful. They have a pool and Happy Hours, and a restaurant for dinner and breakfast on site. We had a small refrigerator and microwave in our spacious room. We took a taxi there and back, as it is on a very steep hill with no real parking nearby.

Overall a good stay and experience. Generally, area is not walkable, but served by taxis or rental cars and within 15-20 min of all attractions
Pros: very friendly staff, great views of Charlotte Amalie, great food at restaurant; fridge and microwave in room
Cons: terrible WiFi connectivity (was pretty good speed when it worked for very short bursts), no coffee maker in room or any cardboard cups to heat liquids and breakfast opens after 8 AM. Parking on street next to fast moving vehicles and slightly noisy in rooms due to vehicle traffic.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Elise, Ella, and the rest of the staff are all great. They almost feel like family at the end of the trip.
