Hotel staff friendly rooms clean an beds comfy would defo saty here again . Breakfast was lovely service brilliant an lots to choose from .

My stay at Northwich south premier inn was somewhat eventful. It is so unfortunate that I feel this way because the room was immaculate and beds were very comfy. It looked like the rooms had been recently refurbished and everything was extremely clean. Unfortunately during our stay we were rudely awoken by a fire alarm at 6 in the morning which disturbed our sleep. The alarm did not turn off for half an hour which was extremely distressing for us. When the alarm was FINALLY turned off we were unable to get back to sleep which was extremely annoying. I would be willing to return if the problem of the fire alarms was resolved.

The staff I dealt with at this hotel were wonderful; very welcoming and very helpful. My room position was not good. Right behind the entrance and reception, the door was right opposite the office door; banging doors all night long and a staff conversation in the corridor out side the office for about 10 minutes at around 11.00, just enough to interrupt my early night but not enough to make me get out of bed, dress and have a moan. AVOID ROOM 6. Free wifi was useless. Had to piggy back off my mobile to get any work done. .

We stayed again at northwich south due to location to family. However the hotel is very tired and becoming too pricey for the hotel environment. On arrival with no other guests we spent ages checking in, the lady on evening reception was slow and not very engaging - she is the sane person each time. It’s either to computer system that’s slow or the lady. Such a contrast to the morning staff who were very bubbly. The room was standard, however lots of areas of stains/dirt/dust. There was a large stain on the bed base - looked like something had been spilled. Where the extra bed was, there was a large stain on the wall. The lamp of the table was wobbly and underneath thick of dust, plus back of tv very dusty. Lots of tired scuffs/wood splints in bathroom. Overall a very tired hotel that is becoming less value for money. If it wasn’t for the location for visiting family, I would not stay.

Another brilliant stay. The staff here are so lovely. The young girl on reception called Suzie was a delight. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Very convenient for our needs. Pillows are perfect for my bad neck. We all slept well. Shower pressure was spot on.

A very enjoyable stay, whilst attending a Wedding in the area. Excellent rooms and a great night's sleep. Enjoyed the food at the attached restaurant. Good parking too. For me though, it was the quality, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff that marked this PI out as outstandingly enjoyable.

It was really amazing stay without any hassle of check in and check out . Breakfast was very good. Rooms are nice, spacious and comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff . Overall superb 🙂

My wife and myself have just had a lovely 6 night stay at this Premier Inn. We use Premier Inns a lot and normally are more than happy with our stays. The Northwich south hotel met all our expectations. We were accompanied in the annexe which was joined to the pub/restaurant. The room was clean, well maintained and quiet. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We chose this hotel because we wanted to visit the Anderton boat lift and Jodrell Bank and it is well located for both. I would highly recommend this Premier Inn

Chose this Premier Inn for our midpoint stopover between Edinburgh and London. Not too far off the M6 and has plenty of car parking – although no chargers for EVs. Received a warm welcome on arrival, and allocated a ground floor room in the same building as reception – which was clean and tidy, with the standard tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel is close to the River Weaver, which can be accessed via the Kingsmead development. So we enjoyed an easy afternoon riverside stroll to Hunts Locks and Northwich town centre, and back. As we’d booked a meal deal, we had our evening meal and breakfast at the Woodpecker Cookhouse & Pub. Despite the restaurant being large, it was extremely busy in the early evening. So making a table reservation at check-in, like we did, is recommended. Food was good, and service from the guy in charge was great. Breakfast was cooked to order, and was excellent. Far nicer than eating things that have sitting in hot trays for ages. If we happen to find ourselves in that area again then we consider staying there once again.
