An ideal venue for an overnight when attending a show at the Theatre Royal - a five minute walk away. Friendly and helpful reception, nice room and a very good breakfast. Our only problem was a TV that didn't work. Staff tried three different remotes but no joy. I see some other reviews note this problem, possibly being with batteries for the remotes. It was no great concern as we were going out, but they do need to check. We would certainly stay here again.

The customer service was amazing and we felt welcomed as soon as we entered the hotel. We were greeted by lovely neha, who was great to talk to as well as being understanding and helped us with the check in as we arrived earlier than expected. I would also like to say thank you to saff for great customer service when it came to leaving. Excellent hotel & staff!!

We had a very pleasant stay & and the staff were super friendly especially Saff. Thank you for a lovely stay , we will be definitely back.

Overall stay was good, but a few minor issues experienced. Batteries didn't work in remote control, so had to use the button on the TV and a few hairs on and in Bath.

Ideal location. Room was ok although paid for plus room wasn’t what we expected we have stayed in standard premier inn rooms and are better more room . We have stayed at this hotel many times all staff are friendly and helpful so I would still stay again just not the plus room .

Great hotel. Right in the city centre. Easy parking and a short walk to the hotel. Great service from all the staff too

Just checked in at the hotel. We arrived early and we were checked in by Neha who was very cheery, helpful and welcoming. Neha notice we hadn’t booked a twin room and Nice to be greeted by someone cheerful 😃 good start to our stay! Room a bit dated but clean and tidy.

Room and staff very nice. My very small quibble was with restaurant. Have stayed in a lot of PIs over a lot of years. This was the first one to offer cheap orange juice rather than nice cold fresh orange. And all of the bananas looked as if they should have been chucked out a week before. Inedible. One off or cost cutting? Not the usual standard.
