Travelled to Nottingham for business, lovely staff and very accommodating for room change. Would stay here again!

A fantastic find. We normally stay at the Orchard when visiting our son at uni, but this was just around the corner from his house so we took a punt. It was great, and much more convenient for town.

cafe served good buffet breakfast .
reception staff are efficient and helpful.
housekeeping staff overlooked clearing of bin and refill of coffee and biscuits occasionally. overlooked to replaced hand soap after disposed old ones by staff.
Center bar guests did cause noise after 11pm.
otherwise overall is a good and pleasant venue.

Second trip to this hotel because of its proximity to QMC. This time, just before Christmas, the hotel was super quiet but the staff cheerful and helpful as ever. They even waved us off when we left. Our definite choice when we are next at QMC.
