Naturhotel Pfösl

The hotel is very inviting and consists of several sections with a nice outdoor space with lots of different seating arrangements. But it is located next to a busy road with the dolomites in the background; the road did interrupt the piece and view. We stayed 2 nights in the newest section of the hotel – in a “ Alpina Zirbe” room. The room was wonderful, spacious and nicely and naturally decorated with a great daybed. In the restaurant you are assigned the same table for breakfast and dinner throughout your stay – it is not what we would have preferred, but did experience the same concept at other hotels in the Northern part of Italy, so it might be the norm. We had a table in one of the “back rooms”, which meant that especially at breakfast you might be the only ones in the room. From our perspective it would make more sense to change the seating arrangements and if we had stayed longer than 2 nights we would have been really annoyed. At breakfast you could whenever possible seat people in the main dining room where you can enjoy the view. The breakfast is a combination of a buffet and several different dishes which you can order. We found the buffet to be a bit boring – lacking a bit of cold cut options and cheeses. Some of the vegetables had gotten really dry; seemed they had been cut the prior evening. The afternoon cake buffet – well…… both days we were there we came at the end of the time slot and it did not look very inviting, a bit “trashed”, signs for cake where only the sign was left and the cakes that were there were not very good. We did notice several other guests that took huge quantities so if that is what happens at the beginning of the service it is totally understandable that not much is left in the end, but the hotel should consider how this service can be approved. For dinner there are several dishes to choose from and you can order as much as you want. The first evening we did not order that much and the dishes we chose were not very big. The next evening we ordered one more dish each and that evening we apparently chose all the bigger dishes so we were very full in the end. Some of the dishes were very good and extremely tasty, but others were not the best – a spring roll that was not crisp at all, fried elements that had been fried prior to dinner so they were cold and a bit soggy. It feels a little bit like a factory and not that the dishes were prepared for us. For the price you pay, the ambience and the way the hotel markets itself, we had higher expectations. There is a little mismatch between the quality and the price especially around the dining experience.

We had an amazing week jn Hotel Pfosl; the hotel is really beautiful and the room, restaurant, spa, swimming pool and gardens are in perfect condition. We did some great guided e-bike/hiking trips and all staff are very friendly. The vegeterian menu is absolutely top level and we loved all the courses served but we were very surprised to see that the alternative (meat) menu was exactly the same for the full week. I think the focus on vegetarian food should be communicated more clearly to avoid misunderstanding. The breakfast was really amazing; so much choice from the buffet and the egg dishes from the menu were delicious as well. Our room was beautiful with a really large bathroom (we had suite 1375) but very warm. There is no airco and just sliding doors, which we felt uncomfortable to leave open all night as we were on the ground floor. We were planning to book several spa treatments but after the first one (silverquartz detox) we were quite disappointed as it was more stroking than “intense/targeted massage” as described. We had a discussion about it at reception which we felt we were not really taken seriously but they made up the next day with a present/card in our room. Overall we had a really great and relaxing time and we thank the team for their hospitality!

Nach elf Jahren besuchten wir mal wieder das Pfösl. Ein Kurzurlaub zum Ende der Faschingsferien. Was für eine unfassbare Transformation1 Das war früher schon toll, aber mittlerweile hat sich das Pfösl selbst upgegraded. Die Restaurierung erschuf ein tonmodernes Hotel, dessen SPA-Bereich großzügig angelegt ist mit Infinitypool und kleinem, aber feinen Fitnessraum (wichtig für mich). Das Essen ist nicht nur superlecker, sondern nachhaltig und raffiniert. Unser Zimmer, eine kleine Suite mit einem Ausblick, der allein einen schon runterkommen lässt. Und die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit haben sie einfach drauf. Bravo Pfösl!

Hotel completamente immerso nella natura con una vista spettacolare. Proprietari e personale super gentili e professionali con sempre un occhio di riguardo per nostro figlio di 6 anni. Ogni nostra esigenza, anche improvvisa, è stata soddisfatta con prontezza e con il sorriso. Al nostro arrivo in hotel ci è stata assegnata una suite (upgrade). Camera spaziosissima, pulita in modo impeccabile e con vista paradisiaca. SPA e piscina meravigliose e spazi esterni ben arredati e manutenuti. Colazione e cena super buone e preparate con cura con ottimi prodotti. Consigliatissimo, relax assicurato!

Che dire, hotel eccellente! Colazione meravigliosa e molto vasta con prodotti tipici e di qualità, cena molto buona. Personale gentile e molto disponibile. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo usufruito anche delle lezioni di yoga, che consiglio vivamente ...un esperienza bellissima con una vista pazzesca!! Per quanto riguarda la spa è grande e pulita...la piscina poi penso sia la parte migliore! Piscina riscaldata con vista sulle montagne splendida. Ho passato con il mio compagno una settimana perfetta anche grazie al fatto che abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel. Sicuramente torneremo.

Hotel di Prima classe, (prezzi forse troppo alti) forse si potrebbe avere più offerte. HOTEL posizionato al limite di un bosco con un panorama mozzafiato in tutte le direzioni. Ambiente super curato da una proprietà molto attenta a tutto, qui nulla è lasciato andare. Cucina strepitosa con una linea Green veramente attentissima. Servizio di sala impeccabile. Si mangia in più sale o stube, veramente intimo. La Spa con massaggi compiuti da veri professionisti. Area Saune, top, bello il rituale pomeridiano, la piscina sky pool da mozzafiato, ordine e pulizia in ogni ambiente, bravi. Surplus:noi abbiamo festeggiato il Capodanno al Pfösl, da urlo, bellissimo! Manca solo una tettoia per auto, c'è ma non per tutti, poi considerando il prezzo sarebbe giusto una fidelity card per gli ospiti. Questo comunque non è un hotel ma è un Posto da sogno. Consigliato Fortemente

Es gibt hier eigentlich keine Kritikpunkte. Familien-geführtes Hotel mit unglaublich freundlichem Personal, tollen gemütlichen Zimmern und einer sehr chicen Wellnesslandschaft. Das Konzept im Restaurant hat uns sehr gut gefallen, regionale sehr hochwertige Küche, es wird alles serviert ( auch der Salat ). Besonders hervorzuheben ist Patrick, der Sommelier, der einen phänomenalen Job macht und unglaublich tiefes Wissen besitzt. Wir kommen wieder !!

Ho trovato veramente ottima la posizione di questo hotel, tranquilla attorniata da prati verdi mucche e cavalli splendidi . Centro benessere e piscina degni di un 5 stelle . Pulizia e struttura complessiva veramente di grande pregio . Unico piccolo neo la cena, niente di straordinario , prodotti buoni ma piatti molto semplici . Ah dimenticavo colazione strepitosa . Bravi

Ottimo Hotel con il personale sempre gentile e disponibile per risolvere qualsiasi situazione o problema. Ottimo hotel per chi viaggia con il cane,...grandi spazi esterni e camere spaziose con apertura diretta su un giardinetto,...comodissimo. (40 euro/giorno per il cane sono un po' eccessivi). La filosofia dell'hotel è ecologista,...plastic free,...tutto Naturale,...ecc... questo però in alcune situazioni va a discapito dell'igiene. Alla reception il personale è sempre sorridente, gentile e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. La camera spaziosa e pulita....peccato per il rotolo della carta igienica che abbiamo trovato già mezzo usato ed anche in altre occasioni, dopo le pulizie del mattino, ci è stato messo un rotolo già iniziato da altri. Durante il ns soggiorno di 10 gg (9 notti) non ci sono mai state cambiate le lenzuola. I cubetti di sapone/shampoo solido (ecologici senza incarto) sono poco igienici in quanto vengono toccati dal personale delle pulizie e poi vengono usati promiscuamente dagli occupanti la stanza....soprattutto nel bidè. Inoltre, sono talmente piccoli che cadono continuamente per terra. Gli interruttori della luce e dei comandi elettrici nella stanza sono indecifrabili...e confondono. iI lavandino nel bagno bello di design ma poco pratico....troppo stretto e largo....impossibile usarlo senza bagnare dappertutto...anche i propri piedi. Ottimo l'accesso diretto al prato esterno con le sdraio a disposizione. Ottima la doccia molto spaziosa...ma senza un appoggio per un eventuale bottiglietta di shampoo/balsamo o altro. Non sono in dotazione le ciabatte per la piscina/saune Ottima la SPA, ottima la piscina, Ottime le saune, ottimi i tappetini gommati igienici per la seduta nelle saune. Ottima la cena,...peccato per l'assenza delle tovaglie a tavola con conseguenti problemi igienici, con le posate appoggiate sul tavolo di legno. Sarebbe bastata anche solo una tovaglietta di carta riciclata e riciclabile. Personale tutto gentile e professionale. Ottima l'assenza del buffet insalate. Ottimi i piatti con prodotti locali. Ottimo il cuoco. Colazione ottima con prodotti freschi,....peccato che tutti i prodotti sono esposti senza nessuna protezione igienica. La pensione 3/4 con dolci al pomeriggio (molto buoni) potrebbe essere migliorata aggiungendo qualcosa di salato e magari anche la possibilità di potersi fare, autonomamente senza rivolgersi al bar, una tisana. Comunque nel complesso un ottimo hotel con qualche piccolo particolare migliorabile.
