Base Hotel to Stay

Everything is nice,clean and the staff is very helpful and polite.Lokation great and near designer outlet.Modern design and great breakfast.Planning to come back again.We spent only one day but next time it will be more

Everything was fine as for a hotel 4*, until the evening began. There are crazy multicoloured lights on the window at your room that could not be switched off … “designers idea”… dunno what about breakfast yet, cause I have to sleep at first, if I could … with these lights. P.s. window is opened cause there is too hot in the room.

Avoid if you can! Disaster! Dirty and smelly bathrom, dirty room, dead insects in room, live mosquitos in room, crazy lights on window! You dont need any wake up becouse staff will wake you up after 08:00 when they start with room cleaning (but I dont know what they clean, room is ugh!! ) 130€ per night for what? Only good thing is air condition which works perfectly!

the rooms are very small. they are not for the family. the bathroom cannot be locked. it is suffocating, and there is a stale smell. the location is good. breakfast is always the same, and not so varied. the remote doesn't work. the shower cabin is very slippery, very inconvenient for small children

I’m never going to use this hotel again in my entire life and I suggest you don’t. These receptionists are pure disgrace without any human dignity and without slight compassion. I really needed to use a bathroom to drink my medicine and wash my hands after my car broken down. But these ladies were brutally rude and without humanity to person in a need. The worst part is I used their hotel 3 months before. Unbelievable how low life you can be. Shame on you and your management.

Everything was as expected! Hotel is next to highway and have a charging stations for electric cars in the basement. Staff friendly. Breakfast was very good! Definitely worth if you need to crash for 1 day and recharge the Battery during the night. Hotel room was just too hot and we have to stay with open window because they could not lower the temperature.

Position of hotel is near Venice in town where is one outlet center. Staff is very frendly. Room and whole Hotel is clean. Hotel have park garage and it is free of charge. This is a first hotel in Italy where Breakfast was great with a lot of option. Only what i dont like is pillow. I like bigger pillow.

Soggiorno breve, ma confortevole. Camera molto ampia, silenziosa e letto molto comodo. Ambienti puliti e ordinati e luminosi. Molto bella la doccia a filo pavimento presente in camera. Personale disponibile e cordiale, sia in reception, sia in zona colazione e nel centro congressi. Colazione varia ed ampia dal dolce al salato, inclusa la macchina automatica per la preparazione di piccoli pancake (unico neo, per passare da 99 a 100 punti, non ho trovato lo sciroppo d'acero che si sposa tradizionalmente con i pancake). Presenti (anche se per la brevità della permanenza non ne ho potuto usufruire) centro SPA, piscina esterna e palestra a disposizione dei clienti. Nel complesso direi ottima soluzione (anche facilmente raggiungibile dall'uscita autostradale), vicino all'Outlet di San Donà - Noventa di Piave e prezzo decisamente ben speso (65€).

A fine settembre ho soggiornato in questo albergo con tutta la mia famiglia, prenotando ben 3 camere, di cui una suite. Mentre uno di noi era in bagno a prepararsi, si è intrufolato in camera un uomo che ha cominciato a rovistare nella nostra roba, accedendo ad una scatolina di gioielli...con il rumore ci si è accorti del tutto, facendo fuggire il ladro. Dopo accurato controllo, fortunatamente nulla era stato portato via e nonostante la presenza dei carabinieri, chiamata dal personale dell' albergo, tutto è finito in un "mi spiace". Dalle telecamere di sicurezza non è stato riconosciuto l' individuo e la denuncia non è stata sporta per impossibilità materiale a recarsi in caserma perché dovevamo essere a un matrimonio dopo 1 ora e ripartire il giorno dopo! Io trovo innaccettabile e paradossale tutta la situazione perché un albergo dovrebbe garantire la sicurezza massima e l' inaccessibilità a chiunque che non sia un ospite o parte del personale. Nulla toglie a questo punto che potesse essere un parente del personale o parte del personale stesso che si è voluto coprire. Mi aspettavo che il soggiorno già pagato,fosse come minimo offerto o che ci fosse riconosciuto uno sconto o un soggiorno gratuito...avremmo potuto procedere per vie legali o addirittura denunciare il furto di preziosi di grande valore, ma siamo gente onesta che ha lasciato correre di fronte a una situazione gravissima. Detto ciò, sconsiglio vivamente questo posto poco sicuro e poco serio a chi voglia trascorrere un soggiorno tranquillo e non voglia ritrovarsi ad essere aggredito o derubato mentre è addirittura in camera! Potevano rapire mio figlio, aggredirci o chissà cos'altro, ma probabilmente il faccia a faccia con un uomo è stato la nostra salvezza. Mi vergogno per loro e resto basita di come tutto l' accaduto sia stato affrontato al pari di un asciugamano sporco, con delle banali scuse!
