When you drive from West Germany (or Belgium) to Czech Republic, this is a perfect hotel to stay for the night. The key system is high tech, you can arrive whenever you want. No assistence needed to get in.

Nice hotel close to the airport, U Bahn, and shopping in a quiet neighborhood. Small, but comfortable rooms.

We booked a wheelchair-accessible room but the bathroom only had bars in the shower, not near the toilet. Additionally the shower chair provided was not a shower chair, but a very small stool that made taking a shower an unsafe experience for people with limited mobility.
Parking around the hotel is severely limited and finding a parking spot was always difficult.
The hotel is also close to the Nuremberg airport which means that it's very noisy due to planes taking off and landing.
Staff in general was nice, when they were around. The breakfast was good, apart from very weak coffee.

Toilet and shower, water leaked and could hear the drops from the shower. Also you could not fix the water temperature and it changed always to cold and hot and you were always forced to rearrange the temperature or to be fast to put the water away from you to not get burned.

Seamless reservation and confirmation process. Clean and comfortable room with easy late check in access. . Plenty of room for luggage and stretching out. Hotel set up a taxi on my behalf for an early morning departure.

The hotel gave us a room for 2 persons (a double bed) even though we booked at room for 4 persons. We arrived late so there was nothing we could do. The management wanted to answer later, but we never received an answer despite several follow-up emails. DO NOT USE this hotel

Nothing special. Old hotel. Old location. No service in some cases. Requests not met at checkin. Poor quality os service. To high price for the general offerings. A place that you would like to avoid if you had better options
