Opened in 2013, Jugendherberge Nürnberg is set in a medieval castle in Nuremberg. It is located less than 500 metres from all the main sights, including Nuremberg Castle, which is only 100 metres away. Free WiFi access is available. Each dorm and private room has its own bathroom. The hostel also has its own buffet restaurant, which serves buffet breakfast every morning. At Jugendherberge Nürnberg you will find a 24-hour front desk and a bar. German Youth Hostels or DJH - are renowned for their hospitality and cleanliness and the one in Nuremberg is one of the best. Located at the top of the old town, it is in part of the historic castle not open to the public. It has an extremely large dining room on the ground floor as well as a lovely terrace with tables and chairs on the city wall. Rooms are well furnished; there are 3 lifts and sheets as well as towels are provided. There is a very reasonably priced bar which is open each evening offering local beers. Breakfast is included and is a magnificent spread with a very wide variety of options. The hotel is busy but there is plenty of seating. The staff are extremely friendly and very conscientious in checking who comes in. There is free, high speed wifi.

Die Betten sind richtig ungemütlich, zudem ist die Bettwäsche nicht gut. Die Dusche ist entweder zu heiß oder zu kalt und hat keinen guten Farbton. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und haben am Bett keine Steckdosen. Im großen und ganzen nicht empfehlenswert

Sehr schöne Jugendherberge direkt bei der Kaiserburg in Nürnberg. Die Jugendherberge befindet sich in der ehemaligen Kaiserstallung und schließt somit direkt an die Kaiserburg an. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man befindet sich sofort in der Fußgängerzone. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und der Blick aus den Zimmer (7. Stock) über Nürnberg ist super.
