Very good 4 Star Hotel, good room, spacy, DARK, Clean, bath OK, but Not Hügel

支払い時に再度請求をされるという問題ありましたが
チャットカスタマーサービスに対応してもらいました。
ホテル側の手続き手違いの様でした。
隣にスーパーもあり利便性は良かったです。

Die Ankunft und das Einchecken war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir hatten ein late arrival telefonisch angemeldet, wäre abe nicht notwendig gewesen. Hat alles tiptop geklappt. Die Tiefgarage war praktisch und hatte nicht zu kleine Parkbuchten wie schon mehrfach erlebt.
Leider hatten wir keine Zeit die Wellness Abteilung zu besuchen, da unser Aufenthalt sehr eng getaktet war.
Auch haben wir das Frühstück ausfallen lassen, da eine Stunde mehr erholsamer Schlaf für uns die bessere Lösung war. (Kaffee gab's später genügend....)
Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war perfekt, ebenso die Betten (Matratzen) waren nicht durchgelegen, sondern wirklich hart und sehr angenehm.
Alles in Allem ein super Preis-Leistung Verhältnis.
Sehr gerne wieder, eine Empfehlung für Nürtingen.

Convenient location, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, very polite personnel, has a nice bar and a restaurant. My only tiny problem was poor internet connection in my room. Definitely the best in town.

Best Western stands up to its name at clean and friendly service. Although most Best Western Hotels have rooms available with refrigerators and microwaves and allow the customer to control the heat and air conditioner with thermostats in the rooms, unfortunately this Best Western Hotel did not. However, this Best Western had the desired amenities (pool, sauna, spa, and restaurant in the hotel with stores, restaurants, and bahnhof 5-10 minute walking distance away).
