The location is excellent. The room is very clean and spacious. There are plenty of restaurants and bars that are open 24 hours a day. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly. This is my third time staying in the hotel and I will come back during my next trip.

Location: - Spot on foe peace & away feom hustling city. -Lots of greenaries and open space, Park with beautiful sculptures, fountain, yatch view, parkings Amenities: - Rooftop infinity though not big, but great view, with kids pool too. Benches and Sofa bed makes a nuce relaxing spot. - Many others which we didnt chevk out as stayrd for 1 night. Breakfast Menu - Must improve as they dun taste as per dishes labelled. (Eg. Nasi Lemak,but the taste of the rice was white rice) Room - Studio complete with everything u need in a home. - Ironing box, Fridge, Kitchennette, Tv, Sofa, Bar table, Great lightings, Slippers, Toilet is well furbished and clean. Staffs - Most are Sri Lankans' and friendly with smiley faces fm lobby till restaurant. Amenities. - Many eateries close by & just beside e hotel has 24hr MANA MANA EATERIES. varieties and awesome spot to dine. - Convenient store across the street - Arab food across the street. - HARD ROCK is jus 5min ridez @PINETREE hotel. Overall an awesome experiwnce and woulds return again.

Everything good but recently I have inquired water to my room morning. I had a numerous call to reception and called for room service. It is very hard to get the call go through. Finally after requesting they mentioned room service starting from 8:00am . Meaning hotel management doesn’t have any service during morning before 8:00am. Also shower water was cold.

It was a nice place with simple breakfast and a good secure car park with security. Nice walk along the harbour and enjoyable place to take the sunrise.

- spacious room for family of 5 - room got big fridge, microwave, plate n cup - very convinient to carry tapau food and eat in the room - infinity pool but we not use due to weather so hot - out breakfast we can convert to sahur during Ramadhan - Mana Cafe under the hotel with affordable price - will repeat again

Overall is great. If ferry to downtown area is provided, it will be better. The room is Okay. There is some stain in the kitchen. Swimming pool is the best.

Hotel is good value for.money. Good location. However, restaurant service is very poor, cleanliness of the whole facility is not on par with the brand and level of the property. Front office staff are always friendly and ready to help.

Room is spacious. Enjoy the surroundings, well plan township with many eateries and parks.

Overall Stay: 3.5/5 Check-in & Check-out (5/5): The check-in process was swift (3 minutes) thanks to my Trip.com voucher. The staff were friendly and helpful. A suggestion: Allow credit card deposits for quicker check-out refunds. My cash deposit refund took 15 minutes, which could be frustrating for someone in a hurry. Rooms (4/5): Our 2-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped with a microwave, washing machine (unfortunately, the handle was broken during our stay), fridge, induction cooker, plates, dishwashing liquid, and utensils. The bathroom was clean and well-lit. However, the TV was outdated, lacked Miracast functionality, and offered limited channels (only 10, including the hotel channel). The picture quality also had noticeable screen flaring. Hot Water (1/5): This was a major disappointment. The hot water only lasted for about a minute before turning lukewarm and eventually cold. It's crucial to address this issue. I recommend advising guests to check the hot water upon check-in. Facilities (3/5): * Pool: The large pool might disappoint lap swimmers. It only has 2-3 designated lanes, making it cramped for moderate user volumes. There's also a small, square-shaped kid's pool (0.5m deep). If swimming is a priority, this wouldn't be the best choice. * Gym: The air-conditioned gym has good quality equipment but is quite small, accommodating only around 7 people at once. Food (1/5): This was the biggest letdown. Considering the limited menu options, I expected a higher food quality. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. For example, the freshly-fried French Fries were soggy and underseasoned, far from what one would expect (crispy and flavorful). Location (2/5): The location is not very walkable. It wouldn't be an issue with a car or ride-sharing services, but there's not much surrounding the hotel. If you prefer peace and quiet, this is ideal. However, it wouldn't be suitable for those who enjoy a bustling city atmosphere. The neighboring shopping mall appears deserted with few shops. For safety, especially at night, improved lighting would be beneficial. The good news is there's a Starbucks and steakhouse in the shopping park. Overall, Trinidad Suites has the potential to be a great family option with a few improvements. I would consider staying here again if these issues are addressed.
