We checked in late evening around 5.30pm. One of the rooms is not ready yet. The receptionist, Aziqa, was friendly and took a step further to send the room keys to us.
Due to this, we received complimentary late check out at 1.30pm.
Overall, everything was smooth and they tried their best to accomodate to our request. We will definitely return, provided that the quality & pricing remains affordable.

This is our first time and I can say I am impressed. The room is clean and location is near to Singapore with lots of activities to do but we didnt get to do the outdoor activities.
The hotel graciously accede to my request for a higher floor and did a sample birthday setup for my husband. I am pleased.
We decided to extend our stay for 1 more nite.
Breakfast is on a acceptable level but not many spread though.

Sunway bigbox hotel it's one of my favourite hotel to stay and relax
The hotel around amenities have change better and better
Price are affordable and near to Legoland resort
Of course highly recommended to stay this hotel
The staffs are friendly warm efficient and polite

Overall good and comfy bed. King size bed is similarly to 2 super single which is really big. Sofa bed is good for 1 adult and 1 child too. Check in is hassle free. I am only disappointed with make up room because the shower gel is not refilled from day 1 I went in. Called service line to inform the next day to make up the room before going out and reminded service counter to refill but it wasn’t refilled again. Leaving my family and me showering without shower gel which is quite annoying. Because it’s shower gel really smell good. But I’ll still come back despite the minor hiccups.

The check IN & OUT is fast and convenience. Howover
last night my upper floor making noise and jumping probably the kids. Overall experienced worth the price😌. The breakfast have variety of nice cuisines, just suggestion to locate egg station more visible.

Favourite hotel. 3rd time staying here. All 3 times was enjoyable. Family enjoyed too. Will be back again. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is functional. Staff is very friendly and helpful when I requested for late check out and extra card.

Lobby is comfy with piano music and free water. Room is spacious with basic amenities provided. Love that it has a USB charger but no rain shower, water pressure is great. Pool was small but I had an enjoyable swim by myself. Convenient as its link to west of sunway big box and east shopping is just an overhead bridge away. Breakfast was ok but with that price think better to eat out. Not sure why they are unable to call a grab for me as I do not have this issue in other nearby hotel. King size bed is good but pillow is too soft. Overall enjoyed the peace and convenience of the hotel for short stay.

While the guestroom is clean and neat, we were quite surprise that the hotel lobby and restaurant do not serve alcohol indoors. It will be good if the hotel management can consider that.
