The check IN & OUT is fast and convenience. Howover
last night my upper floor making noise and jumping probably the kids. Overall experienced worth the price😌. The breakfast have variety of nice cuisines, just suggestion to locate egg station more visible.

Favourite hotel. 3rd time staying here. All 3 times was enjoyable. Family enjoyed too. Will be back again. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet is functional. Staff is very friendly and helpful when I requested for late check out and extra card.

Lobby is comfy with piano music and free water. Room is spacious with basic amenities provided. Love that it has a USB charger but no rain shower, water pressure is great. Pool was small but I had an enjoyable swim by myself. Convenient as its link to west of sunway big box and east shopping is just an overhead bridge away. Breakfast was ok but with that price think better to eat out. Not sure why they are unable to call a grab for me as I do not have this issue in other nearby hotel. King size bed is good but pillow is too soft. Overall enjoyed the peace and convenience of the hotel for short stay.

While the guestroom is clean and neat, we were quite surprise that the hotel lobby and restaurant do not serve alcohol indoors. It will be good if the hotel management can consider that.

My stay at Sunway Big Box was a total letdown. The noise from the pool bar event went on until midnight, and when I complained to reception, it felt like they couldn't care less. It's beyond frustrating to think they have no control over the noise, especially when it's keeping paying guests like me awake.
What really gets me is how they seem to prioritize the pool bar crowd over us, the ones actually staying in the hotel. It's like they've forgotten who their real customers are. As someone who expected better from a reputed brand like Sunway, this experience was a major disappointment. They need to seriously rethink their policies and step up their customer service game if they want to keep guests coming back.

It was a great and fun experience with my daughter. I chose this hotel because of the ambience, cleanliness, the modern style of room, and the places around the area like Big Box mall, playground, etc. It’s also quite near to Legoland. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. Lots of variety and the food is delicious.
