It is the so big hotel. Room also.

Friendly staff and cozy environment. Rathnayake from the breakfast area was extremely nice and attentive. Laxman and chef Rohan were smiles all day… The food needs a little bit more variety as an area of improvement. The Bar, pool, spa and car parking were exceedingly good.

Really superb and the room is really best. Customer service is fantastic ., Food is also good ., And the hot water swimming pool is really enjoyed. Reception staff are very supportive and more response is good. Overall superb on all experience

This place was such a pleasant.We stayed only one night but the experience was very memorable and lovely! This place was quiet, cosy and relaxing. The entire staff was extremely pleasant, polite and helpful. Maldini was great. The room was beautifully arranged, clean and well organized. The bathroom was clean. We booked BB basis but ended up having dinner there as well. The food was very tasty and were good portions. Our overall experience was wonderful and definitely will be recommending this place to others!

The hotel was excellent. The pool, which is indoors and nicely decorated, was very pleasant. The food was delicious, and the rooms we stayed in were fantastic. The service was also great. If you're planning a vacation to Nuwara Eliya, I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel situated high above beautiful town. Lovely views. Our room on level 5 had a fresh breeze through an open window. The bathroom was big and the water was hot. The restaurant served buffet breakfast and dinner, nice and substantial meals. Unfortunately, the hallways and rooms were very noisy, so every door slam, child running up and down, and every adult chatting in the hallway was a disturbance night and day. This spoiled our 2 night stay.

Rooms were very big with a superb view. Hotel has all facilities and amenities like indoor swimming pool. Location is very good and easily accessible. Food options could have been better for Indian veg guests. Place is beautiful with great weather.

Rooms are noisy, you can hear people running along corridors and talking and even flushing toilets above. The food for breakfast is poor and considering the hotel is in the tea growing area, all they have is same same tea bags. The people are friendly and helpful but that is about all the good I can say about the Hotel. The rooms are stark and uninteresting.
