Excellent service from staff especially Mr. Harman Okindo. Nothing os a problem. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Grounds are well maintained. Nice bar area with friendly staff. Overall a well managed resort. Only downside is gym equipment needs servicing.

First class resort hotel. Spacious grounds, security guards at entrance and hotel grounds, golf carts to bring you and your luggage to and from your hotel room to main building where reception and restaurant located, very clean, well trimmed lawns and gardens, man made waterfalls, beautiful peacocks roaming around, relaxing lounge area, free Wi Fi, room amenities like TV, hair dryer, umbrella, soap, shampoo, towels, fruits, bottled water, blinds, kettle, tea and coffee and some more provided. Courteous, friendly and helpful staff, well trained dining staff, 4-course fine dining, buffet breakfast, near the Thomson Waterfalls, hippo pool and a river. Indoor pool, gym and salon spa available. We enjoyed our stay, the hospitality and the food. We give this resort 5 or even 6 star.

The rooms are clean, meals are great. The option for a fireplace so thoughtful! the sauna is great! The meals are fresh! Contacts are working! The view of the sorrounding is breathtaking. The staff are so proffesional. Carry warm clothes it can get really cold at night.

It's excellent place to take your family and work retreat,Mr.Alex thanks for amazing hospitality we appreciate you have wonderful team keep it with the same spirit the rooms are spacious and clean, restaurants with varieties of food,heated pool for the kids amazing.

The rooms were very cozy. They lit a fireplace for us every night because it gets cold here. The staff, especially Alex, are very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast a lot. The spa is also good. There are alot of other activities around. Thompson falls is walking distance and the also have bicycle and quad bikes

Stayed over at the Executive Villa and it did not disappoint 👏 From exemplary customer service and the delicious food 😋 The kids really enjoyed the activities including treasure hunt and the kids party. Particularly loved the different theme night cuisine. Will be back again and again 🙏

Great rooms in the cottages. More quiet than the main hotel. Limited buffet choice but quality was great. Good breakfast. Great beds and sleep. Great showers. Lots of amenities. Beware, their USD exchange rate is 172.31 which is now currently 132.50 for the rest of Kenya!

This resort is great. We really enjoyed our stay. The food in general, from breakfast to dinner, was great. The staff at the reception are really friendly and welcoming. The garden and the views of the surroundings are breathtaking. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, when in nyahururu, I would highly recommend.

1. Receiving at reception. Was received and greeted, welcomed and driven to rooms. 2. Room was class with tidy bedding,fire and work area and adequate bathroom facilities. 3. Dinner: Delicious food with all required options to cater for all types of guests 4. Breakfast was excellent with friendly staff who emptied table immediately and were standby to offer assistance. Excellent service from the hotel
