I cannot explain enough what an AMAZING experience it was to stay here! The hotel is beautiful and the manager was beyond any expectations!! They prepared a delicious breakfast for us (even when it was not included), took care of every detail to make our stay memorable!
Thanks Viewpoint Hotel for making our stay in Inle Lake so special!

Very nice place with good people. Everything was great: the room, the small lake, the breakfast, the restaurant, the localization… you can access downtown by walking or rent bikes to explore the area and of course, book a boat driver to go to Inle Lake. Thanks to all the team for your warm welcome, we hope you will get soon more tourists. Nyaung Shwe and its surroundings are amazing…

This place is great! The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing. I’d love to visit again. I'd recommend it as a nice place to go with friends, family, or a partner. Highly recommend!

I have visited Inle Lake 5 times now but this is the first time I have stayed in Nyaung Shwe . The hotel couldn't be better placed, with easy access to the main street and right next to the boat jetty. An early morning walk along the river provided lots of opportunities to chat to local people and watch the tomatoes arriving by boat from the floating gardens on the lake. The hotel staff were very welcoming and there was definitely a family feel about the place. As advertised, the hotel works hard at maintaining eco friendly standards without diminishing the quality of quantity of facilities in the room. Each bungalow has a balcony looking out into a very peaceful pond space which attracts birds common at Inle Lake. The breakfast is excellent and the menu available in the evening provides a reasonable variety of food. The small floating swimming pool was unfortunately not available during our stay but it is certainly a unique feature of the hotel and perhaps a reason to return and experience.
