very nice location, but very loud within some rooms in the main building (coming from the guests sitting outside on the terrace and especially when the chairs in the restaurant are moved around, also done from the cleaning team in the middle of the night at 2.30am (!!!) including hovering). Worst answer from the manager was, pretending not knowing and being aware of such noise and reacting with a ‚I am sorry‘ only! Also expecting that the guest has just to accept such a behaviour. Also the working noise from the kitchen is heard at night, as they leave the doors open into the house area. And when smoking is allowed inside or in front of open doors, the smoke is everywhere in the main building.

Sehr schöne Anlage, Zimmer etc. Altes Gemäuer, sehr edel und schön. Waren als nicht Golfer hier,eine Nacht auf ( Wander) Durchreise. Den Eingang für Fussgänger aus Richtung La Dole nur schwer zufinden. Abendessen vorzüglich, guter Service etc. Frühstück Buffet für 4 sterne könnte grösser Sein.
