Room had been updated with new floors which is nice. The room was clean, good lighting and vent in the bathroom. Breakfast staff was very nice with a good breakfast selection, and large lobby/eating area. The negatives – even though the room was clean, the hallways, elevator areas, and outside entrance were dirty. The toilet was very slow to flush, and sometimes did not work. Heat/ac unit was loud.

The staff was excellent but the inn is under construction and it is not finished. My first room, the bathroom had broken tile and dirty tub. But the staff gave me a new room with an upgrade. That room was clean and ready for guests. Staff was so helpfy

Super clean, comfortable, friendly, hot breakfast, only downfall was the shower pressure isn't strong like i like it.

New renovated with just a few minor issues to figure out that only a person staying in the room would notice. Very clean & comfortable. Dining and shopping near by.

Had a great stay. Room was spacious and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small but clean. Breakfast served had variety and tasted great. Exercise room had stationery bike, treadmill, elliptical, and dumbbells.

Suite was spacious, bed was comfortable, TV excellent.
Breakfast was very good.We have stayed in most of the motels on south Illinois in Oak Ridge and this was a better experience than the higher priced motels.

I would not stay here again. The picture on line was NOT the actual location.
The place is a huge disappointment.
And the room smells a lot.
