TL;DR - This place has a fly/mite infestation, brutal chemical smells, stains on all the sheets, hair in the bed, and will not refund your money. Please please please don't make the same mistake I made. I booked this hotel for a week while I was out here for business. I've stayed in motels before and have no problem staying somewhere inexpensive while I travel as long as it is decent. This place is not decent. It's bad. Borderline uninhabitable. I Paid almost $800 to stay for a little over a week. I arrived and was greeted by a very nice woman (She was the only good aspect of this place). I get my key and head to the room. Before I go in, I see dozens (This is not an over-exaggeration) of flies and mites on the inside of the window. I walk in and I'm hit with the most powerful chemical cleaning smell I've ever smelled. Instant headache. Flies all over the window area and bathroom. I honestly expected to find a dead body with the number of flies. No body was found. As I tiptoe through the room, I see burn marks on the chair/bench and I lift up the bedcover and see gross stains all over the sheets an a long brown hair right in the middle of the bed. YIKES. I reach out to the booking platform to cancel my reservation. The platform informed me that the motel will move me to a different room. I change rooms. Luckily there is less flies. But the smell is still there and these sheets had stains too! At this point I returned the key and booked a last minute stay at another hotel. The Motel decided that out of the almost $800. They would reimburse $35. I'm still waiting to hear back to see if they'll reimburse all or at least most of the amount but I'm not hopeful. Please please please do not make the mistake of staying here. It's awful and then they'll just take your money when you're forced to go somewhere else to escape the smells, stains, and bugs.
