A very nice breakfast buffet. The shower handle is too easily touched and therefore moved while showering, causing you to find yourself in cold or hot water suddenly.
It would be nice of there were some rooms with a double bed (and blankets) instead of just double single beds. I found the blankets a bit small.

Nice hotel, perfect location close to the R-W Arena and Centro. Fine, clean rooms. Pillows could be better, they were literally flat and not comfortable. Moreover, the service could be better, and would be great if the staff could communicate in english too. Overall okay for 1-2 nights.

We came to Oberhausen for a concert at the Rudolf Weber Arena and this hotel is the perfect location for the arena. All the staff were incredibly friendly and the overall a**osphere was very pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again next year.

We had a lovely stay. Considering the hotel hosted 6 different high school soccer teams, it was still good. For a 4 star tho, the room didn’t have a fridge, coffee machine, or even a water boiler. I’ve stayed in a hotel in a different city but close by that was the same so maybe it’s a regional thing.

Decent hotel but under construction and a bit run down. The elevator takes ages. We picked it for the proximity to Rudolf Weber arena and that was perfect. Lots of shopping at the Westfield and places to eat. Bar service was a bit slow but all staff were extremely friendly. Overall a pleasant stay.

Missed a trick here. The one thing a Hotel needs is to give the customer a good nights sleep. Unfortunately this Hotel didn’t deliver. Rooms were so hot and pillows were awful. Every thing else was fine but would have been more enjoyable if my wife and I were not so tired through lack off sleep. Cannot return on this basis.

Family room was big, clean and bathroom was also nice. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast also nice.
Everything is on walking distance. Shopping Mall Centro is 2 min walk.

Hotel with a good location to visit Westfield mall and this time of the year also the Chris**as market. Market is huge with enough food and drinks. "Accros" the street of the hotel enough restaurants options with good food. Hotel has parking options, good rooms and friendly staff
