It was a little hot due to no A/C but it cooled off nicely in the evening. It is located in a quiet neighborhood so we could leave the windows and balcony door open all night. Breakfast in the morning was nice too.

A very cozy hotell in the countryside. New and clean rooms, friendly staff and just a wonderful place to explore and relax. It’s hard to believe this gem lies just 10 minutes off the busy highways. The restaurant was good as well. We visited in summer.

I wonder how is it possible that this house/hotel has so many positive reviews. It can’t be.There must be something wrong with the algorithm. We stayed for just 1 night on our way home from holiday. The location wasn’t what we expected. At the reception we were “welcomed” by a very, very unfriendly woman, Fatima. We wanted to leave right away but we were tired and we decided to stay and give it the benefit of the doubt. The room and bathroom are new and clean except for the bedroom floor. Don’t walk on bare feet. The bathroom door doesn’t fully open due to the lack in space. There’s only space for one person. A sliding door would have been a better option. Three courses meal was good but nothing fancy. Very expensive. I’ve eaten far better for less money. Fatima was serving us and she tried her best to be friendly but the damage was already done. Breakfast was good, at least that. The checkout was done by the waitress who was also serving breakfast; an old lady who did not ask any questions at all, if we enjoyed our stay or else. I’m not someone who complains easily about money, especially if I’m on vacation, but € 239,- for one night and a simple dinner for two, in such establishments and with such welcome, well, let say that we will never, ever come back again, even if it would be for free.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible rooms and dining. Excellent breakfast and dinner options!

Nice place

Alles hat gepasst… vom Empfang über das Zimmer, die ruhige Lage. Das Essen die Bedienung und die Ambiente… alles ohne Tadel. Nur das Hotel ist nicht in Oberkirch, sondern ein gutes Stück ausserhalb in einer Ortschaft in der Nähe

Der Pflugwirt war mehrfach unsere Zwischenstation bei Wanderungen im Renchtal oder auf dem Ortenauer Weinpfad. Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Lage in Haslach (ohne nächtliche Kirchenglocken). Zimmer und Bäder sind modern und freundlich gestaltet. Die Bettenqualität ist ausgezeichnet. Auch der Frühstückraum ist hell und ansprechend eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Auf Wunsch werden auch Eierspeisen zubereitet. Besonders angenehm die Selbstbedienung am professionellen Kaffeeautomaten (von Espresso bis Latte Macchiato). Vom Empfang über Restaurant, Frühstück bis zum Check-Out freundliche, nette Mitarbeiter. Und das alles trotz schwieriger Zeiten. Weiter so!!!

Heerlijk hotel! Schoon, netjes, goede service, uitgebreid ontbijt. Alleen het avond eten vonden wij aan de prijzige kant.
