Le Parc Hotel Obernai & Spa

Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient.

The hotel and spa is amazing, amnesties are great, clean, new and modern. The yonaguni spa is brand new, well made, the food is great. However the spa is very packed and loud, trying to relax in the hot stone relaxing room, you will barely hear the birds sounds and mostly hear people shouting and showers. What gave the 3/5 star is the incompetent staff. We drove hours to get there early at 9am, only to find out that the spa was opening only at 10am « exceptionally » this day, also to hear that real spa with sauna etc is only opening at 11am this day, with only the pool available until then. We arrived at 9:45 at the yonaguni entrance, greeted by the staff to tell us to wait at the bar enjoying a coffee. By the time we finish the coffee and get back, we find a long line with a queue time of 20mins. We thought to ourselves: « we were early, they could have just given us the lockers early so we could change straight away » but no. We waited and entered only at 10:30am. Telling the staff about our disappointing experience for a beginning of a relaxing day, the lady handled the situation quite agressively telling us that « it is what it is, it’s not their fault ». To put the cherry on the cake, when we arrive there was no parking inside the hotel so I parked in the street, they told us to come back later when some free spots would be available around midday. We asked the spa to call to ask if there was free spots, they replied that they didn’t know and we should come and see ourselves, refusing to take care of our car or luggages. By the way the parking spots are 20m from reception… well anyways I came out in my wardrobe and did it myself. Pretty disappointing for a beautiful hotel that has so much potential. Will not come back.

Our stay was amazing, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The Spa, restaurant and pools are amazing.

We spent 2 relaxing days at this fantastic hotel. We enjoyed great time at spa with family (pool, sauna, steam bath…), nice drinks at the bar and delicious dinner at the restaurant. Service was efficient and staff were very friendly. Obernai city centre is very closed and worth to explore

Fantastic hotel. The junior suite is charming and comfortable. The yonaguni spa is a dream come true: 2500 m2 of relaxation at its best. Had a full body massage from Clementine. She has magic hands! Do book a full day. It’s worth it and time fly

A EVITER ABSOLUMENT Nous avons réservé un weekend spa avec repas gastronomique, petit-déjeuner buffet, soins.....à près de € 800,-. Au lendemain de notre arrivée, testé positif au covid, je préfère quitter l'établissement plutôt que de risquer de contaminer clients et/ou personnel. Mon interlocutrice me certifie que nous pouvons reporter les prestations non effectuées (soins, massages, spa, petit-déjeuner.....) sans aucun problème. Après mon rétablissement je prends contact pour réserver une date pour bénéficier des prestations payées mais non effectuées en raison de ma contamination covid et là......Oh SURPRISE !!! on m'annonce que si je veux reprendre RDV pour les soins il faut que je les paye une nouvelle fois et que le petit-déjeuner est perdu 😡 QUELLE HONTE pour un établissement qui se veut de grand standing et qui avance sa politique d'annulation alors qu'il s'agit d'un cas de force majeure. Par ailleurs, si je n'avais pas fait état de mon test positif au covid j'aurais très bien pu poursuivre mon séjour sans me soucier des conséquences pour l'hotel et le spa au risque de répandre largement le virus. Potentiellement un bon nombre de personnes aurait été contaminé pouvant même aller jusqu'à un point tel que le complexe soit dans l'obligation de fermer momentanément. Les pertes financières auraient été tout autres que pour le simple report d'un petit-déjeuner et de soins d'ores et déjà PAYES !!! EXTREMENT DECEVANT !

We really enjoyed the SPA at the property. The Yonaguni Spa is worth the visit. Out junior suite was very nice and comfortable. the service overall was just ok but not excellent. A big thankyou to the bar tender. He has been lovely.

Reçu en cadeau 1 nuit avec dîner, 1 journée au Yonaguni Spa et un petit-déjeuner live-cooking. Une superbe expérience, un spa incroyable et surprenant. Nous avons déjeuner au Spa, tout était délicieux. Diner signature excellent également, avec un service très agréable. Chambre hyper spacieuse. Petit déjeuner incroyable, il y a en pour tous les goûts et toutes les envies. Magnifique séjour.

Les chambres sont vétustes! La déco est vieillotte, les salles de bain sont petites, vielles, carrelage qui est cassé par endroit, trous rebouchés et laissés comme cela, porte savon jauni… Même pas une petite attention en chambre comme c est le cas dans de nombreux 4 étoiles Le douche est très petite et il fait une chaleur à mourrir, on a dû dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte début mai alors qu il faisait 15 degrés à peine dehors Le repas signature est bon et copieux mais servi par un serveur qui avait sans doute bu plus de vin que nous… complètement alcoolisé a 19h30… et qui du coup a fait un service catastrophique ce qui a tout gâché Le petit déjeuner est bon et copieux Les boissons en supplément d un coffret a presque 500€ sont excessivement chères! Le personnel est à revoir dans son ensemble Entre le jeune à l accueil qui a du mal à aligner deux mots et me propose un sac plastique pour mettre mes affaires pour le spa Le serveur ivre qui est incapable de me présenter les plats correctement L homme de ménage assis sur les escaliers avec son téléphone dans les mains à attendre je ne sais quoi au lieu de se mettre au travail… Il y a un gros soucis dans cet établissement!!!! Et cela ne mérite certainement pas 4 étoiles!!!! Ça ne me dérange pas de mettre le prix mais seulement quand le service est irréprochable et la c est très loin d être le cas
