Let’s start with the check in. It took them almost 10 minutes at the front desk to get us processed in, and there was no one in line when we walked in. When we finally made it to our room, the first thing we noticed was we had a Bayview room but we reserved a bay front room. When I called the front desk, they questioned me as if I booked the wrong room and I explained to them I was looking at my reservation and I booked a bayfront with the king bed. They inform me that they had no king beds available with bayfront so we had to settle for a room with two queen beds and on the third floor. Apparently, they gave our room away before we got there.There were flies everywhere in the hotel. In the lobby and the hallways, rooms, even in the elevators. One of the elevators stunk like seafood nor did we find a working ice machine and we checked three of the floors. Went down for breakfast the next morning, sit down at the restaurant and waited 20 minutes no one ever approached us. We had to ask for our own menu. We never got no drinks nor was our order ever taken. The hotel offers 15%off at that restaurant, but it doesn’t do any good if you can’t get service. We walked out, went right next-door to a local place and we was followed by another couple who did the same thing once they heard that we had waited as long as we did. we told the lady at the front desk that we have been waiting for 20 minutes with no service and she simply said I’ll call a manager and that was it. Horrible stay!
