Hotel is Clean, room is comfortable & staff are friendly. Breakfast was included and very tasty. The challenges that we faced was our CC being charged for US$200 after the room was checked by an attendant and deposit supposedly refunded - it has been 50 days. It is unfortunate that the pool overflowed and the chemicals damaged my car. The initial quote was JM$165000 however I was able to get alternate repairs and the bill down to $60000. After multiple escalations from Latoya both issues are unresolved as of today April 10, 2024.

The stay was great. The staff was great. Everyone treat you as family and the stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean. I give it maximum 10 out of 10. Great job to the staff. I apprecate everyone and everything. Keep it up Sago Palm.

Pros: The hotel looks new and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good, nice roof terrace with small swimming pool. Nice private parking. Centrally located.
Cons: No windows in the room, some hairs in the shower from previous guests, no hand soap, but there was shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.

Friendly and efficient staff. Clean environment. Within walking distance of stores, restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was scrumptious!

Good location in the middle of downtown Ocho Rios. Breakfast was good. The front desk charged me twice & has an old manual paper system to document stays so my money could not be refunded without a lengthy research of their “files.”
Now, a week later, I am still pursing my money back telephonically from the USA. Major inconvenience.

The staff is amazing! Friendly, helpful, professional and approachable. The beach is a few minutes walk away, the pool area was great. We will be back again and will definitely book here. Thank you for a great stay.

My stay at Sago Palm was excellent, the breakfast options were great and so was the food as well. I celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday and got our room decorated and it was worth it! Our 2 night stay was extremely comfortable and the hotel is so clean and the ambiance is amazing!
The staff were exceptional! Renneil at the front desk was super helpful and made our check in process run smooth. All in all it was an awesome stay!

We had to ask for the superior king with kitchen that I booked after being shown another room. We changed to the correct room. Then had to ask and wait a couple of days for the promised kitchenware.
