the staff not only gave us the keys, but also walked us to the unit to show us exactly where it was. The room was spacious for the four of us (parents plus 2 teenagers)

The apartment was very warm, clean and had everything we needed, natural products in the bathroom added a nice touch, we loved the exposed beams for that mountain feel and the outdoor spa was a cherry on top. Good quiet location while only a close walk to the cafes and supermarket, great service.

We arrived at 2 pm and had to wait until 3.20 pm for the owner to get back home from walking the dog

This is a most pleasant motel in welcoming surroundings. The owners have only just taken over and were welcoming and obliging. My wife considered that the place needed some updating. Our room was clean and comfortable and we would definately stay here again. All our best for the future.

We are fortunate to wake up looking at the majestic Ruapehu. The room is big and cozy, wifi is fast and reliable. Laundry is available at the bottom. We enjoyed soaking in the spa pool. The place is clean and well-kept. The manager is accommodating and helpful.

Only stayed 1 night but was comfortable and had a great view of the mountains from our window had a room upgrade so had the to floor to ourselves
