This hotel totally turned around my previously ambivalent opinion of Holiday Inn. Conveniently located off the highway, it was easy to access and the check-in staff were lovely. There is a good selection of restaurants within an easy 5 minute walk. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and quiet. And unlike previous reviewers, I was impressed by the breakfast - not the nasty ”continental” that I was used to in the past. And again, the staff looking after the breakfast area were terrific. Thank you!

Breakfast is simple, but the taste is good. The hotel is located on the 40th high-speed, riverside, beautiful scenery, very suitable for weddings and various celebrations. There is free parking.

Le Fabreville has suites for romantic gateway all with different themes. It is really fun and exciting to have a double bath in the room to relax and have some good time while enjoying a glass of wine. The bed was great and comfy. We were in the room called « La Safari » which has kind of a cage inside. These suites are definitely there for sexy time and it is perfect for it! Good size tv and electric fireplace to get the mood going :) they have all kinds of adding you can purchase to make it even more interesting. I have to mention that sometimes included breakfast are just meh. But the little breakfast spot is super cute and well I gotta day everything was really good. France, the lady taking care of the breakfast, is a sweetheart. She took care explaining the ins and outs. Pastries were actually warm! That’s rare in a continental breakfast. Eggs and sausages were a great add on where sometimes you go to much more expensive places and you have only cereals and muffins. Really pleasant experience ! Will go back and experience another theme :)

Hotel location is very good, not far from the airport, surrounded by plaza, big supermarket, pharmacy, shopping is very convenient. Parking is convenient, we live on the first floor, there is a door directly to the parking lot, we will park the car at the back door, open the door and put the luggage directly on the car, do not carry luggage. When we go, it’s snowing, it’s important not to carry luggage! The room was clean, the double bed was oversized and there were six comfortable pillows. Breakfast is served with hot omelettes and bacon and waffle machine. In short, I am very satisfied.

Very nice hotel. Modern. Great rooms which are spacious and comfortable. Very helpful and quick check in. We had a park and go package which was very reasonable during March Break. EXCELLENT BAR and excellent service. Pls stay open later!! Cons: if you have a very early morning flight, there is no free shuttle. First shuttle doesn’t leave until after 5am. Disappointing as the website made it seem otherwise. Something to consider. Overall- easy access parking and amenities close by (Point Claire). Highly recommend.

My in laws booked a two night visit here because it's only a few minutes away from us and we are 5 hours away from them. My MIL booked it online with the hotel website and it was very glitchy. She booked 2 nights with the free Sunday brunch included. So they would check in Saturday and check out Monday morning. My MIL called the hotel to make sure the booking went through because she never got a confirmation email. The concierge assured her that her booking was confirmed and she would have the two nights at $200 a night. WELL, they go to check in and the front desk say that my MIL booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Not 2 nights with 1 room. My MIL explained that she had called to confirm. But the hotel said they had no idea what she was talking about. But they offered to send my in laws to a hotel down the road free of charge. And pay for their dinner the following night. My in laws said that they were trying to make a reservation for dinner for all 6 of us. The hotel said they would pay for all 6 of us. My in laws were understanding and appreciated the dinner offer. However when they got to the hotel it was a HOSTEL!!! A HOSTEL WHERE ROOMS ARE ONLY $40!!! Not equal value at all. And my in-laws had to clean their own room at this hostel. The following night my in laws went to the hotel to check in and were charged a deposit of $150 which was fine. At that time they checked to make sure that dinner was going to be covered for all 6 of us. The hotel said yes. Check in went fine. We all go to sit down for dinner and my in laws check again with the front desk. ”will all 6 of us be covered?” They said yes. The waitress comes over and tell us that only my in-laws (including my sister in-law) will be covered for dinner. It was a 5 star restaurant so it was very expensive.... and the AC was broken was we were super hot and sweaty and it took 2 hours to get our mediocre food. The next morning they go to eat breakfast and they are told they aren't covered.... They go to check out and they are charged $800. 800. EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS! they are confused and ask why they are being charged so much for 1 night. They are then told that when they booked they were told it was that much. No ma'am they were not. They were charged for dinner and breakfast pluses the deposit. ***.

Wow ! Merveilleuse expérience. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 avec notre voiture électrique. Il y avait 8 bornes de 7,2 kw à chargement GRATUIT à notre disposition. L'hôtel tres bien situé. Près de l'autoroute, d'une épicerie, saq et même quincaillerie. Elle est récemment ouvert donc, c'est beau, ça sent bon et ultra propre. Le personnel très attentionné. Je vous le recommande fortement.
