We had a late check in with no issues. Room was clean. Front desk service was great. Didn't use pool area but grounds were clean

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time was amazing. Zero issues which is why we came back. This visit was a whole different experience. To start there was so heads up on the ridiculous parking fee. It’s the hotel parking lot and with the amount you give to stay there should cover parking. Also, they change you an almost $50 a day to use the chairs and umbrella service. When my family stayed here two years ago that was included in the price along with free parking. It also was absurd that they charge a $200 incidental deposit for the rooms. Now, let’s talk about the rooms. We had water seeping through the floors which was disgusting. The noise level was off the charts. Between slamming doors and partying upstairs, it was hard to relax and just enjoy sleep. The internet did not work and we were told at check in that the phones “ probably” didn’t work. The only good thing about this hotel is the pool. I def give it 5 stars. When we come back to the Destin area, we will not be staying at this hotel

The phone didn’t work and the ac kept leaking so i had to put a big towel down to cover the water. The ac was rusted and coming unbolted from the wall.

If you are taller than 5'5" the furniture is to short. I'm 5'8" and it felt like I was squatting all the time & the toilets are even shorter. BUT, the beds were very comfortable. unfortunately, the furniture style & toilet height(short, very close to the ground) has not changed in years. Because of this we are having to look to other properties for a comfortable stay in the area. Sadly, we hate to go but my knees & back cannot suffer anymore.

This place is great, nice pool and hot tub, the food at the restaurant was good...cheese curd were great! The bed was very comfortable, BUT that AC unit....is so loud...like a freight train loud... as in bury your head in the big soft pillows they give you loud. Other than that it was great!

Was okay stay. $10/night Parking fee is ridiculous considering how much you pay to stay there in the first place

The staff was amazing.....especially Deb at the pool. I saw her talk to kids about the slide rules and she was sooo amazingly kind and gentle, letting the parents know ahead of time that she was going to talk to them. She was a ray of sunshine and we really enjoyed sharing our vacation with her.

The staff is extremely friendly and very polite.. the beach access is great and overall I definitely be back ..

This was a very nice place to stay! For people with lower back problems like me, the bed was a little hard but we really enjoyed our stay here! The staff was so nice and helpful and you are on the ocean, you just have to walk out the elevator across a little bridge/path to get to the beach. Highly recommend this place and if you have kids they would love the big pool w/the rock slide.
