Maple Leaf Motel & RV Resort

Cute little RV park and motel. Great location too as it's just on the edge of Oliver, and easy to get to all the wineries or down to Osoyoos. We were camping (RV) so I can't comment on the motel rooms. Raj and his mom (owners) are very attentive and accommodating. Lots of seasonal guests at the RV park, and they were all very welcoming. The gardens are beautiful and you can tell Raj is working hard to upgrade and improve everything (I gather they're new owners?). He's always around cleaning, repairing, checking in etc and his mom is a lovely host. Washrooms were well kept and clean. Laundry was $2/ wash and $3/1hr dry. We were beside a big family gathering, but the common area was big enough to accommodate everyone. I saw the owners speaking to them a few times and I gather they were just reminding everyone of the rules etc (must be hard to keep everyone happy at these places!).

Beautiful, quiet and warm accommodation. The rooms are clean, up to date and ideal for any style of traveler wishing to visit the Okanagan Valleys. A swimming pool is at your service in the backyard and the owners are really nice. Good time spent at this place. Close to vineyards and other places to visit during your stay.

This business realizes that it is in the service industry!! We were so well looked after, even without a reservation. Carol welcomed us immediately and went out of her way to arrange a kitchenette for us, for a week. The large rooms were newly renovated, very clean, good mattress, well supplied kitchen utensils and good WiFi. It is conveniently situated on the main highway, but set back, to minimize any traffic noise. This gem is just outside the wonderful little town of Oliver. Carol was always available for help, advise or just a chat, to make our vacation a great memory.

Friendly and hard working host/owner has a gem. Property is on Highway but quiet and well kept. Room was renovated, clean, comfortable and well equipped, including kitchen. Nicely decorated and furnished. Great pool!

Absolutely fantastic motel, super cute, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The owners are amazing and so friendly. Everything about my stay here was exceptional The location is perfect as well, right off the main highway

The owner/manager is very accommodating, on short notice he found parking for our 42 ft motorhome at a reasonably rate. The site is level, with full hook ups and no issues. It is obvious that the warm and friendly staff care a great deal for the park by how well maintained the grounds are kept. There is full recycling on site which is a bonus (not that common). The pool and picnic grounds are beautiful. The bathroom, shower and laundry facilities are clean and well-kept the best we have seen. The Maple Leaf Motel and RV Park is nice, quiet and family friendly place to stay in Oliver BC, I definitely recommend it. Diana & Randy May 2023

One Star (because no stars doesn't seem to be an option). The new owner kept us waiting for several hours then quoted us a monthly price for a particular RV spot that he said was available. Imagine our surprise the next day when we came back to confirm that we would stay a month, and were told, "Oh, no. That price was for a six month lease. And not necessarily in that spot. You'd have to move to a smaller and less level site if a bigger rig comes in." Needless to say, we left with a bad taste in our mouths. We wouldn't stay there if he paid us.
