I was not able to check in bc I booked the room online via Apple Pay and once I got to the property, the tap terminal was not working and they wanted to charge me 150 cash deposit. I did not stay there and I was not refunded either. I am very very upset

The hotel is older but the room are spaces. Overall, it was a good hotel for the purpose I was using it for.

My experience was good. No issues checking in and the room was good. Comfy bed. The breakfast didn't look appetizing.

Excellent! Not sure what the other reviews were talking about, we felt very safe, the staff were very kind, rooms were clean, and our car was not stolen or broken into. Would stay again

Staff not at desk for check in , dirty elevators, dirty halls , letting all kinds of people run around in lobby all times of day/night, toilet didn’t flush (maintenance came and told us how to fix ourselves) no soap, no shampoo, breakfast staff was maybe the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

You can hear the neighbors fighting. Also to leave the deposit in cash is 3 times than the regular value

It was nicely remodeled but was not clean at all. The elevator floor was dirty and sticky and only one elevator worked part of the time. The room was disgusting. There was garbage everywhere, previous guests clothes lying around, the staff was rude and made us bring them our dirty towels. Will not stay again.
