Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Oklahoma City Airport

The hotel is new, very clean and modern! We really enjoyed it!

Hotel is new and tidy. The staff were courteous. However, they double charged me and I have still not got a refund after they told me they refunded me.

性價比可以、裏面還有簡單廚房、方便那次喜歡煮吹的人、衞生各方面都滿意，可能太近高速公路，隔音效果方面有一點嘈，總體來説都OK。

The hotel was a bit loud. Parking lot is sketchy. Lots of people laying in lobby when I checked in. Did not feel the most secure.

Upon inspection of my room I found several pieces of long and short hairs in my bed. I called the front desk and requested that my linen be changed. While the staff changed my sheets, they complained and spoke about me in Spanish. As if I could not understand. I did. I found it to be very rude and unprofessional. Judging me bc of an error the staff made. There so much stray hairs it made too question if the room was properly cleaned between guests. The breakfast they offered wasn’t half bad. I will also say the area this hotel is in is a bit sketchy. There is a lot of unhoused individuals rooming the near properties and the parking lot. The parking is limited as well. Good luck after 10 PM!

They hotel was nice very clean and comfortable but there was so many homeless people outside around the hotel couldnt even step outside to smoke without someone coming up to me

The area by the hotel is a little sketchy but the hotel itself is very nice. I was told to remove all items from my car. One issue I had with the hotel was the location next to a VERY busy and Noisy highway. The traffic sounds were extremely loud all night long even with the room fan running at full blast. I had to take the comforter and pillows off the bed and try to sleep on the bathroom floor which was of course uncomfortable. Did not get much sleep to say the least.

The hotel itself was fine. Staff was friendly, room was clean, bed & pillows comfortable. Skanky hotel next door & a lot of homeless people hanging out there & near this hotel. Parking lot was lit up like a Friday night football game & staff said at check-in that the doors are locked at 10pm. Issues were that in room, they had a sheer shade with decorative side curtains that don't close over the window. So those super bright lights from the parking lot to help your car not get broken into, shine thru that sheer window shade so your room is also super bright. I use a sleep mask, but poor hubby had a spotlight coming thru all night. TV had sound but no picture. And it seemed like sound proofing btwn floors was non existent. At 3 am above us it sounded like a wrestling match was going on- running across the floor & stuff being dropped. Went on for hours. Other than the noise, if the hotel was in a different location, it would be fine. And our vehicle was not bothered. But, if we're in the area again, I'd stay at one on the other side of the freeway.

It was a good overall stay, I was concerned about too many people hanging around the property. Felt like lot of homeless around and did not feel safe to keep the car in the parking lot.
