Seaphoria Beach Resort

Watch out for the rats outside of the hotel territory who will try to get what you have in a very dirty manner. They will come and beg you to buy and first of all charge double prices so you would have to negotiate the price lower every time and if you make an opening, they will rob you!

We went to this hotel mid July 2024. Worse hotel experience ever. My family of 5 travelled with group of 16 other individuals family as a group. The day we arrived the hotel had none of our booking details, none of the rooms we booked were joining rooms to children's rooms. Although they advertised they were. Rooms we had booked were for 1 double bed with singles which we didn't receive. That's not even the worse part. We only stayed in this hotel 3 hrs. The lift broke and fell with myself and family inside the lift. I was taken to Hospital as I received serious injuries which effected my whole trip as I was in a wheelchair throughout after this event. While I was taken to hospital via ambulance this hotel tried bullying tricks on my family to sign wavers to say the lift broke and it wasn't hotels fault. My family made videos showing the lifts and the accidents after the lift fell and their security guards forcefully deleted them. The hotel had no signs stating how many people are allowed at a time in a lift. Having a building liability insurance they are required to clearly mark signs for exits and lifts for people to be notified of these things which wasn't on display. The staff were physical with the females pushing and shoving them whilst they were distraught of their family stuck in a lift. They then were harassing my family for hours on end, forcing them to take the step to leave the hotel at 3am in the morning to find alternative accommodation. Whilst I was in hospital none of my family were able to sit relax or eat as they were made to feel its was our fault and that they were made to feel belittle. None of the group was able to have anything to eat despite travelling over 10 hrs to get to the hotel. My mother ages 65 said all workers were rude towards all of our group after this incident except one single lady who was very helpful but the men were so aggressive and rude. I spent the rest of my holiday 11 days in a wheelchair. This was a holiday my family had taken after 10yrs and this hell of a hotel made it difficult for us to enjoy the rest holiday. As my kids were affected by this situation thinking they had lost their mum. They were so worried about going in lifts and how I am still unable to walk after this. We have been back in UK now few days and I'm still struggling to walk and do normal activities like walk going to toilet. Please do not book this hotel for your well being and safety. Nice, modern hotel. Everything was ok, nothing was out of this world. All inclusive food was the same EVERY night and was extremely boring and repetitive (food was nicely cooked) but became unappealing with no variation or change on the menu. Entertainment lacked imagination and struggled to engage the audience each evening Overall, 3 out of 5 is a fair reflection.

Failure. We arrived at the hotel at 6 p.m. and waited two hours for a room. The bartenders cheat with alcohol and do not serve normal alcohol, only fake Turkish vodka. Food 1/10 the same for 7 days. No animation for children, music until 11 p.m. and then they turn everything off. For 7 days the only attraction was foam in the pool, which was ok. Bartenders pour Turkish vodka into European vodka and cheat. There are no beach towels.

I stayed here for a week and i had a great trip. The staff here was really Nice. We talked to beyza that Works at the Hotel for costmer service and she took. Food was good. Pool is VERY nice, overalt a great trip for us. I wloud come back, Only thing is that its a bit far from the citys but its a Nice Hotel:)
