Apartamentos Do Parque

We found this apar**ent suited us just fine. Older, basic units with a fantastic ocean view. Staff were all so friendly and helpful. You will need to bring your own beach towel if needed, and food, spices, kleenex, etc. There are grocery stores within walking distance and many restaurants to choose from, including a snack bar on site. We would go back for sure.

A lovely, clean and spacious apar**ent with fantastic sea views. The staff all around the complex, including the front desk and cleaners were extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything you need is within walking distance, the beach, bars, restaurants, shops, pharmacy etc and Olhos d’Agua is a resort still with some traditional charm. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

There is no heated pool the sea was warmer... the town beside this place nearly everything was closed in it... I wouldn't recommend it sorry.. my kids wore bored for 10 days couldn't use the pools they freezing didn't help the whole town was nearly closed

Nice hotel in great location. Quiet but near the main town. Good facilities including 2 pools and a cafe. Pool open 9-8 and cafe 9-6. Good views across the bay and lots of bars and good walks nearby. Staff are good, friendly helpful and hardworking.

The hotel apar**ent's location near the beach and ocean view were overshadowed by its numerous drawbacks. The building's run-down state and outdated furniture and appliances left a negative first impression, setting the tone for a disappointing stay. The foul-smelling fridge and absence of basic amenities like soap and shampoo added to the discomfort. Worn and smelly towels and sheets, along with a moldy bathroom, further detracted from the experience. Moreover, the lack of coffee-related provisions and nearby coffee shops left guests without a caffeine fix in the mornings. Even dining options at nearby restaurants were underwhelming. Despite a helpful front desk lady, the hotel apar**ent's overall condition and lack of essential comforts made it an unsatisfactory choice. Honestly, we are unable to overlook these significant issues, making it impossible to recommend the hotel apar**ent until substantial improvements are implemented. We decided not to continue our stay at the hotel due to the discomfort we experienced during the first night. Unfortunately, the hotel did not provide us with any refund or compensation for our early departure.

A family holiday in Albufeira and a review of hotels here on Trip Advisor took us to the Apartamentos do Parque. Booking wasn't any trouble at all despite the fact I had to change dates 3 times. I contacted the hotel about getting a room with a balcony and transport from the airport. Couldn't be happier with how our requests were dealt with. We were met at the airport as scheduled and a 35-minute drive later we arrived at the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy and we went up to our room. 2 bedrooms, both ensuite, kitchen with all the mod cons (but not very many plug sockets) and a nice big living/dining room. Really big balcony with an amazing view of the sea, One of the best hotel views I've had. The rooms were very clean when we arrived Lots of room for our bags and clothes. Comfortable beds. Not a lot of wash things in the bathroom, just soap actually but not a big deal. The room was cleaned each day to a very high level. TV channels were limited, mostly we watched CNN and Eurosport but only when we were getting ready to go out for the day. Plenty of kitchen utensils if you want to cook for yourself. We asked for blankets (it got cool in the evenings) and we got them straight away. Didn't need maintenance. Despite being so close to the beach it was very quiet. The balcony had a sun lounger, table and chairs and a clothes rack for the wet swimming togs. There are 3 pools, a small one for tiny kids, a larger pool and another smaller pool in the quiet area. All were well stocked with sun loungers and umbrellas. All were very clean as were the surrounding areas. A little cafe beside the pool served sandwiches chips burgers, simple fare but enough to stem the hunger. As described on their website it is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. 15 minutes in a taxi to the old or new town and maybe 20 minutes to the 2 main marinas. A supermarket was a 5-minute walk away. On our last day, we paid for a late checkout. €25 for an extra 5 hours was well worth the cost. Our flight wasn't until 23:00 so it made sense to have the extra few hours in the pool. A taxi to the airport was again organised with the hotel and we were on our way. The taxi was €37 which was extremely good value. One thing to note, bring a plug extension 4 or 6 sockets. Not many sockets in the rooms and you like us will probably have phones, earphones, watches, ipads etc that need charging. Aircon worked, was only needed for a couple of hours. Great rooms, great staff, great pools, amazing views. Really enjoyed our stay and am happy to recommend it.

Having previously visited Olhos de Agua, we knew what a fantastic little resort this is...great selection of friendly and good value bars / restaurants, excellent beaches, and close proximity to Albufeira and Vilamoura for days out. Do Parque apar**ents are supebly located in Olhos, close to the facilities yet quiet at night and the most AMAZING views over the sea that you could ask for...you could hear the waves lapping on the nearby beach at night. I'd requested top floor and we were lucky enough to get a huge 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom top floor apar**ent overlooking both pools and the coast from 2 balconies. The apar**ents are massive and clean, with newish settees. Some other furniture is a bit dated, however this wasn't a problem as the proportions and cleanliness were great. Beds fairly comfy (pillows could be better), loads of storage, and kitchen fine for making snacks. 2 ensuites in our apar**ent and my daughters full size bathroom was accessed through the wardrobe which she found amusing...like Narnia! 2 clean pool areas with plenty of loungers and parasols, the quieter one suited us with no young children. Lovely pool snack bar offering reasonably priced drinks and food. All the staff were really polite and helpful. We had a great time chilling in Olhos and also days exploring local resorts. Do parque is an amazing find and we will definitely be back!

We stayed in a one bedroom apar**ent for three nights in October. We had a lovely view from our balcony, 2 bathrooms, sitting room & spacious kitchen. The apar**ents were a little bit dated & there is definitely a lack of sockets throughout but everything was spotlessly clean and we couldn’t fault it. The pools are great with a large pool & baby pool on the upper level and another large pool on the lower level. The pool bar is great and Leni is an asset to the place. She really looked after us 100% and we enjoyed chatting to her. There are steps to the beach just at the end of the road and a beautiful viewing area for nice photographs of Olhos. Within walking distance to Praia De Olhos & Praia Maria Luisa, restaurants, supermarkets & bars.
