Wir waren zum 2. mal in Pine Cliffs und haben die Anlage, den perfekten Zugang zum Meer mit dem Lift, den Service am Strand als perfekt empfunden.
Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und Servicekräfte inclusive Shuttle - Service machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben.
Die sehr gepflegte Anlage ist begeisternd. Unsere 3 Zimmerwohnung, bestehend aus 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern, voll ausgestatteter Küche, großem Wohn-Esszimmer und 3 großen, möblierten Balkonen war exklusiv ausgestattet. Von unseren Balkonen hatten wir einen super Blick auf den angrenzenden Golfplatz und konnten die Golfer beim Spiel :)sehr gut beobachten.

Великолепное расположение!
Несмотря на то, что отель далеко не новый, вся территория, сады, пляж, бассейны идеально ухожены.
В апартаментах, в которых мы провели 2 ночи, есть всё необходимое. Очень качественное постельное белье и новые полотенца, удобные кровати.
Отель любезно предоставил нам два дополнительных часа после официального времени выезда.
Немного расстроил обед в Corda cafe: никаких претензий к обслуживанию, но цены!!! На наш взгляд они очень сильно завышены с учетом выбора и качества предлагаемых блюд.
Всё остальное - на отлично!

Hotel consistente e bom. Na frente da praia com uma enorme estrutura, talvez demasiado grande. É um 5 estrelas sem grande luxo, mas confortavel. O Staff este ano é despreparado, contratado à pressa. Não entendem de nada. As piscinas sao boas, o champanhe bar é o nosso favorito de há muitos anos. No geral a experiencia foi boa, como de costume.

An excellent two weeks with the family at Pine Cliffs. Stayed in a 2 bedroom garden suite which had two bathrooms, nice balcony and good kitchen facilities. Garden suites have a nice pool near by but are also close enough to main hotel areas. Preferred to go to the larger pool next to the O’Grill restaurant for easy lunch access! Resort has lovely restaurants, something for everyone, but only a short walk out of the resort takes you to another 10 or so restaurants - Indian, tapas, Italian, burgers etc if you fancy a change or want to save some money! Plus there is a supermarket right opposite the main entrance. The sandy Beach stretches for miles and you have free access to sun beds via a lift or stairs from the resort where you can also book kayaks, jet skis, etc. Mare beach restaurant a real treat for either lunch or dinner. We arrived at midday and room not ready until 16:00 which was a very slight inconvenience - but next time will be better organised so we can get some shorts etc from the luggage to get straight into holiday mode. Key for me: high standards of facilities, lovely service, number of pools/ restaurants, close access to beach, but also easy access to restaurants outside the resort. I also liked how big the resort was - took a few days to get our bearings and find the short cuts!

We stayed at the pine cliffs hotel for 3 nights with all 3 sharing a duplex suite with a resort view. Overall I cannot fault the resort, it has great facilities and the staff are very attentive and are ready to hell with anything you need. Breakfast was hosted in a buffet restaurant and the breakfast offerings were what I have come to expect from 4 or 5 star resorts. Great selection of food and very fast service. We played the pine cliffs golf course which we really enjoyed and used the spa for a relaxing afternoon after 18 holes. A great stay enjoyed by all and we will certainly be back again.

The service at the hotel is terrible. They seem not to care about guests, special needs particularly for guests with disabilities are promised to take care of. In reality they do not do it and willingly accept harm to their hotel guests. There are excellent Bonvoy propoerties at the Algarve that outperform this one on every dimension. Particularly as a family, if you love your kids go else where. There kids club is a money making scheme, nothing else.

I can highly recommend this resort it’s spectacular There are 3 areas that stand out on our holiday 1- Pescador Restaurant- amazing food but got to say the staff are amazing and so friendly 2- Mirador Bar - I have known the boss Phillipe for over 30 years and this week he got me to plant a tree - nobody has ever done this for me and I’m so grateful 3- The pool bar headed by Rute she is fantastic and very friendly I do hope the directors of Pinecliffes pass on my comments

I stayed in there best room supposedly "ocean suit" for 7 nights. DONT stay here!. Where to begin. Bad experience overall. Not worth the money. Stay at vila vita or Vilalara Thalassa Resort instead. Reception takes DAYS to do a request. Bad house keeping, water never given to me, always requested. No coffee capsules for the coffee machine. You have to call them and request it 3-4 hours to come. Everything is a big joke. Exept for some employees who are good
