Instalações muito boas. Café da manhã muito variado e com muita fartura. Funcionários bastante simpáticos e solícitos.

Despite of the hotel only being 6 years old, the rooms and the food were not 4 star rating. Rooms and amenities were a little outdated, and they could have been cleaner. The waterpark was very nice, although quite small for the amount of people that were there in December. There will be another resort to be launched in 2027, I recommend to make it a bit more exclusive and upscale. The food also needs to improve as it was a large buffer and children were touching everything…definitely not 4 start rating. I’m positive the region and inves**ents into the new resorts will be much improved.

incrível... não é a primeira vez que fico no hot beach resort e desde a primeira vez ja fiquei muito apaixonada pelo hotel e toda a estadia

O parque aquático é excelente, porém o hotel deixa a desejar em alguns pontos. Não há ajuda com as malas, a recreação infantil deixa muito a desejar, travesseiros não são confortáveis e as refeições, apesar de gostosas, foram idênticas em todos os dias da hospedagem.

Essa é nossa segunda estadia no Hot Beach Resorts. O hotel está cada vez melhor e muito bem equipado. Senti os funcionários um tanto cansados mas se esforçando muito pra manter a alegria no atendimento. Fizeram tudo com muita qualidade, mas acho que vale esse ponto de atenção pra cuidar mais do bem estar e qualidade de vida das pessoas que fazem o resort acontecer.
Encontramos uma garrafa de água pela metade no frigobar e havia um vazamento na pia do lado de fora do banheiro.

Lugar incrível, perfeito para curtir o parque. Vou lá há muitos anos e infelizmente check-in e check-out ainda tem muito a melhorar. 8 elevadores a ainda assim dá filas enormes, pois não são inteligentes.

Foi otima nossa estadia. Funcionarios super atenciosos. Resort limpo, quarto com camas grandes e confortáveis. Amamos estar lá. Comida com muitas variedades e estava tudo muito delicioso.
