Hot breakfast was decent, bed nice and soft. Room clean. Booked for 2 twin beds and got one king. Maybe that's *******'s fault, but we made it work. Would stay here again. Felt like it was good value compared to other hotels in the area,

Continental breakfast is always a win, even though they seemed to struggle to keep up with the rush of people. I wasn't expecting to have to pay for parking at a hotel I'm already paying to stay at, which was $30 for two nights. Staff were friendly and helpful! Room was pretty clean and overall happy with our stay!

We came to Omaha to see a musical at the Orpheum Theater and enjoy activities in the Old Market. It seems a bit deceptive that the listing for this hotel says « Old Market. » We saw many walkable hotels scattered through the Old Market but this wasn’t one of them! Otherwise the hotel was nice enough and the staff was helpful. The pool and breakfast buffet were both good. Since it wasn’t in a walkable location, we had to drive everywhere, and the very small parking lot was full or almost full each time we came back in the afternoon or evening. The parking is not owned by the hotel and the desk attendant said they have no responsibility for it. But we had to pay $15 per day to park there, and then had to pay for downtown parking again each time we drove down to the Old Market. We wouldn’t stay there again, because of the location and parking. It would be fine for an overnight stay if you were just passing through Omaha, but inconvenient for vacation stays.

room was spectacular with a nice little view. the only issue i had was with parking as the lot was full after i had to pay $15 to be able to park in it and couldnt find an available spot after coming back to the hotel from my gig. the staff stepped up to help me out and allowed me to use a reserved spot that was unoccupied that night.

Room was clean. Hand soap pump was broken and unusable. Called front desk and said one wouod be brought up but wasnt (she apologized in the morning). Only 1 small trash can available in bathroom. Very noisy from street.

Everything about the property itself was great. However we did try to cancel and get a refund from the hotel right after booking because they didn’t disclose that you had to pay $15/day to park at the hotel. The hotel wouldn’t let us cancel with a refund so we had to pay the extra money for parking. It would be nice to fully disclose that before reserving.
