I travel to Omaha regularly and decided to try the Indigo Downtown. What a great discovery! The hotel is very well done and unlike other properties in the downtown area—there’s even a speakeasy off the lobby.
The free local shuttle is so nice. On short notice the GM, Joey, even drove me personally to a nearby meeting site.
I will definitely return to the Indigo Downtown, my new hotel in Omaha.

I stayed for a couple of nights on a business trip, and found the entire experience to be excellent. The rooms are nice and modern and don't feel like a chain hotel at all.
The staff are exceptional. Also, don't miss the little hidden gem that was a pleasant surprise. There is a speakeasy in the building that makes great drinks in a chill environment :)

Classic old building restyled with a very hip feel. People were very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Don’t miss the speakeasy (Anna’s Place).

Very cute hotel. The speak easy was so much fun and had excellent and unique drinks. Room was clean and we had what we needed. This is a place for those who aren’t used to having great amenities - it looks great, really pretty design and large room and bathroom. lacks some conveniences like hooks in the bathroom for towels etc. also the bedside lamps only stay on with the overhead lights. Quite annoying. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Trip was booked through app for my spouse. She was harassed about checking in because her name was not on the reservation. Only reason there is one name on a reservation is because one person is allowed as a user on the app. Common sense? Had to make 3 calls to have her name added. Called ahead of time to be sure they had parking and chargers for electric vehicles before she drove the electric. They confirmed they had them but didn’t bother to mention they didn’t work. So had to leave hotel to charge the car and Uber back to hotel and then Uber back to charging location which was a huge inconvenience. Hotel was nice. Room was nice. Customer service in hotel was great on the phone was horrible and not accommodating to EV. Would have simply drove a different car had they just mentioned their chargers didn’t work.
